[Naruto Grandfather] Chapter 191 - 195
Added 2025-02-20 01:00:02 +0000 UTCChapter 191: Reluctant Resolve
Just as Chou was about to unlock the sixth level—
A red thread shot toward him at lightning speed, coiling around his body like a tightening rope. The moment it ensnared him, his energy began draining rapidly, vanishing as if being siphoned away.
In the blink of an eye, Chou had lost his ability to fight.
Now, looking at the battlefield, the situation had completely shifted.
The moment Urashiki stepped onto the scene—the tide had turned.
In reality, even without Urashiki, Chou wouldn’t have been able to defeat Uzumaki Chito.
However, since that individual hadn't shown up yet, Urashiki had grown bored.
So, rather than waiting, he decided to intervene himself.
His claws had been itching for action.
Jiraiya's eyes locked onto Urashiki, his instincts screaming danger.
There was something unnerving about this man—his very presence felt threatening.
But what stood out the most—was the strange weapon in his hand.
It looked like a fishing rod.
But Jiraiya knew—it was far more than that.
"What the hell do you think you're doing?!"
Chou struggled against the bindings, his frustration evident.
"I wasn’t done fighting! And now you just—"
Urashiki sighed.
"I'm worried that this guy might get hurt," he said nonchalantly.
"If you get injured here, how will you face the real threats waiting for you? Don't you think it's better to stay in one piece?"
His gaze then shifted to Uzumaki Chito.
His expression—calm, amused.
"Who exactly are you?" Jiraiya asked, eyes narrowing. "You’re not human, are you?"
Jiraiya’s instincts had been correct.
He had sensed it the moment Urashiki appeared.
This man wasn't human.
And judging by the look on Urashiki’s face, he wasn’t planning to hide the truth.
"Oh? You figured it out so fast?" Urashiki smirked. "I don’t look human to you?"
"You don't just look inhuman," Jiraiya growled. "I can feel it. You’re something completely different."
Urashiki chuckled.
"You humans really are amusing."
"Then tell me—what are you?" Jiraiya asked
"An alien." Urashiki answered
"Cut the crap. That kind of story only works on idiot."
"I'm not from Earth," Urashiki said flatly. "I wasn’t born in this world. I come from another planet."
"...I don't believe you." Jiraiya shook his head, refusing to accept it.
Urashiki grinned.
"Ah, denial. The first stage of acceptance."
He was about to prove his words—
But just then, Chou roared.
"SIXTH LEVEL—OPEN!"
A surge of energy erupted from his body.
The sheer force shattered the ground beneath him.
Even though the red ropes still bound him, his overwhelming strength allowed him to forcefully move his arms.
He wasn’t completely free—but he was getting close.
"I WON’T LET YOU LOOK DOWN ON ME!"
"I won't allow you to insult me!"
Chou pointed at Urashiki and shouted before grabbing a handful of Pills and tossing them into his mouth. Without hesitation, he unleashed the Seventh level!
The moment the seventh gate opened, Chou 's strength surged to a whole new level. In this instant, he resembled Might Guy when he activated the Eighth Gate—pure, overwhelming taijutsu power, unleashed in its rawest form.
With a single strike, the sheer force of his movement split the air, generating a powerful shockwave. There was no hesitation.
The attack had to land.
Bang!
Direct hit!
Urashiki was sent hurtling backward, crashing against the barrier.
However, as a master of space-time ninjutsu, he instantly activated his abilities, using them directly on the barrier. The moment his power interacted with the seal, it caused a disruption, tearing open a temporary rift—one that would take time to repair.
This was the perfect opportunity.
Uzumaki Chito didn’t hesitate. He dashed straight toward the opening!
Whoosh!
In a flash, he was outside the barrier.
But Chou was right behind him!
His relentless pursuit never stopped—this time, his attack was aimed directly at Uzumaki Chito.
One hit.
That was all he needed.
If this strike landed, the battle would be over in an instant.
It was a great idea.
But in practice… it wasn’t so simple.
Just as the attack was about to connect, Chito suddenly clasped his hands together.
In an instant, the soul chains wrapped around his body burst forth, shooting toward his opponent like a web of pure energy.
In the blink of an eye, the chains ensnared their target.
There was no escape.
Chou struggled.
Again and again!
But the more he struggled, the tighter the chains became.
And with each failed attempt… the frustration grew.
How long will this go on?
Damn it!
"I… I don’t want to keep going like this!"
Chou turned toward Jiraiya, desperation in his eyes.
Jiraiya simply shook his head.
"There’s nothing I can do."
Chou clenched his fists, his frustration boiling over.
"I don’t want to live like this anymore!" he shouted, turning toward Uzumaki Chito.
But Uzumaki Chito remained unmoved. His voice was calm and firm.
"This situation is a result of your choices, not mine," he said coldly. "There’s no point in telling me. Even if you shut your eyes and fight back your tears, you still have to face the consequences of your own actions. That’s the reality of this world."
His gaze was unwavering.
Chou gritted his teeth.
His hands trembled.
Damn it!
He refused to accept this!
He was losing his mind!
Chapter 192: Unshaken Calm
[*TL: My brain hurt translating and editing this, Author just straight up throwing away the lore and making thing up]
On another battlefield, Uchiha Madara had completed his preparations.
Without anyone noticing, he had already dispatched his elite forces to execute a well-coordinated stealth attack to retrieve his Rinnegen.
Controlling his Rinnegan, he activated Samsara Rebirth.
And just like that—he returned to life.
The strongest enemy in history—Uchiha Madara—had been resurrected.
Yet, even now, he wasn’t completely sure if he could defeat Uzumaki Chito.
He had seen firsthand what Chito was capable of.
If they clashed head-on, his chances of victory were slim.
So, instead of fighting directly—he summoned reinforcements.
Using a forbidden summoning technique, he called forth a vessel—a human body prepared for Kaguya Ōtsutsuki.
Summoning Kaguya was no easy feat.
To break her seal, modifications had to be made—a rupture had to be created in the prison that bound her soul, allowing her essence to reincarnate into the vessel.
Similar to Impure World Reincarnation, but vastly more complex.
The advantage of this method?
Even though Kaguya longed for her resurrection, her true body remained trapped on the Moon.
What appeared now—was merely a remnant of her soul.
A fraction of her former self.
And with just a fragment of her power, she wouldn’t be able to unleash any new tricks.
Despite this, Kaguya retained her intelligence.
And right now—she was negotiating with Uchiha Madara.
In exchange for her cooperation, she demanded freedom.
Madara had one condition.
"Kill Uzumaki Chito. Do that, and I will release you. As a man, I keep my word."
Whether Kaguya believed him or not was another matter.
Her expression was unreadable.
She floated in the air—her posture regal, unyielding.
She had agreed.
But in her mind—she was already plotting her own next move.
Meanwhile, Uzumaki Chito stood motionless, his gaze locked on Kaguya.
Then—he clasped his hands together.
Soul Chains shot forth—whipping toward Kaguya in an instant.
But Kaguya’s movements were ghostly.
She slipped through dimensions, vanishing and reappearing over and over again.
Each time she materialized, she attempted a sudden ambush.
Like now—
She reappeared directly behind him.
Her attack was silent, unpredictable—
But not unnoticed.
"Behind you!"
A voice called out—
Urashiki.
Without hesitation, Uzumaki Chito pivoted.
The Soul Chains lashed out—
And this time—they caught Kaguya.
There was no joke in Chito’s expression.
He wasn’t taking this lightly.
Did Kaguya really think this was so simple?
Did she honestly believe she could just slip through his defenses?
"You really insist on playing this game, don’t you?" Chito muttered.
Kaguya’s cold eyes locked onto his.
"I must do this."
And just like that—she vanished again.
Each time she reappeared, she struck with unrelenting force.
Again and again, she launched her unpredictable dimensional attacks.
And each time, Chito countered.
His Soul Chains lashed out continuously, preventing her from gaining any advantage.
At this moment, Kaguya’s gaze shifted.
She turned toward Urashiki.
Her expression darkened.
If it weren’t for this meddler interfering, things wouldn’t have escalated to this point.
She wanted to strangle him on the spot.
Urashiki, however, stood there calmly.
Fishing rod in hand, his posture unbothered.
He wasn’t afraid of Kaguya.
They were both Otsutsuki.
They were both proud.
So, who was supposed to fear whom?
Urashiki’s mocking smirk didn’t waver.
"Are you from the Ōtsutsuki Clan?"
Kaguya asked.
Urashiki gave a casual nod.
"Of course."
His tone was arrogant, as if this was the most obvious thing in the world.
An Ōtsutsuki hides nothing.
If someone asks—you answer.
After all, what was the point of hiding?
If an Otsutsuki was forced to resort to sneak attacks, then they weren’t worthy of the clan’s name.
Urashiki was different.
He didn’t believe for a second that Kaguya was superior to him.
He had no reason to ambush her.
He wasn’t a coward.
He didn’t fear Kaguya Ōtsutsuki.
If anything—
He found her arrogance amusing.
Kaguya’s body flickered.
And in the next instant—
She lunged toward Urashiki.
A sudden, merciless attack.
Her assault was instant, precise.
She wasn’t playing games.
She was aiming to take him down immediately.
Urashiki didn’t flinch.
With an almost lazy motion, he sidestepped.
Effortlessly.
He dodged every attack.
As if it was nothing.
Kaguya’s frustration mounted.
Each of her blows was deflected or evaded entirely.
Urashiki wasn’t struggling.
He wasn’t desperate.
He was relaxed.
Completely at ease.
His confidence bordered on mockery.
And Kaguya hated that.
She wasn’t just fighting a powerful enemy—
She was being looked down upon.
That fact infuriated her more than anything else.
Chapter 193: Relentless Pursuit
Kaguya was growing increasingly frustrated with her continuous failures. What was going on? It felt as if everything was conspiring against her, pushing her toward inevitable defeat. This relentless pursuit was like an invisible force intent on breaking her will, leaving her no room for peace. It was infuriating.
"I… I'm not happy. Can't you see that?" she snapped.
"Why should I care whether you're happy or not?" Urashiki sneered. "In fact, the more miserable you are, the better. I want you to be unhappy. When you're upset, you lose focus. When you lose focus, you make mistakes. And when you make mistakes, you're nothing more than an ordinary fool. It's that simple."
"You dare call me a fool?" Kaguya's voice trembled with rage.
"Isn't that what you are?" Urashiki taunted.
"Of course not! I'm not a fool! Never!" she roared.
"Then what are you? A dragon queen? A celestial witch? Meng Po, perhaps? Do you even have Meng Po’s soup?" Urashiki continued provoking her, completely unfazed.
Urashiki delighted in stirring up trouble. He had no intention of stopping. Today, his only goal was to drive her insane!
Suddenly, a sharp disturbance in space-time erupted!
A powerful attack materialized out of nowhere, appearing so abruptly that it caught even Kaguya off guard. In an instant, it struck with devastating force.
She had thought they were merely playing mind games.
But no.
This was real.
This was an all-out assault.
This was an attack meant to shatter her defenses and leave her vulnerable.
However, Urashiki, ever elusive, dodged effortlessly. As an Otsutsuki who specialized in space-time manipulation, his expertise in evasion was unparalleled. Unlike Kaguya, who had only partially grasped the intricacies of interdimensional travel, Urashiki had mastered it completely. His entire existence revolved around bending time and space to his will.
Among the Otsutsuki clan, Urashiki wasn’t particularly strong in direct combat. But in terms of space-time abilities? He was unrivaled. His skill far surpassed Kaguya’s.
Thus, defeating her outright was not his goal. Instead, he sought an alliance with Uzumaki Chito. Meanwhile, he could easily evade Kaguya’s attacks—it was child's play for him. As he gracefully dodged once more, his expression brimmed with amusement.
Kaguya clenched her fists. "You… you wretched scoundrel! Are you mocking me?!"
"Of course I am," Urashiki smirked. "And I’m enjoying every second of it. What are you going to do about it?"
"You’ll regret this!" she hissed.
"Regret? Ha! If you had the power to kill me, you’d have done it by now. Go ahead, try whatever you want!" Urashiki shrugged, completely unconcerned.
At that moment, another figure emerged!
A dimensional rift tore open behind Urashiki, and a powerful presence surged forth.
Kaguya's expression darkened.
Suddenly, soul chains materialized, whirling through the air with incredible speed, striking toward her with deadly precision. The overwhelming force pounded against her defenses, creating a reverberating shockwave. The sheer pressure made her head throb.
She had never expected the situation to escalate this far. This was insanity!
The second wave of attacks commenced, each strike more vicious than the last. There was no way to avoid them all. Even Kaguya had to retreat!
With gritted teeth, she was forced to flee. The sight was utterly humiliating.
Urashiki turned to Uzumaki Chito, a smirk tugging at his lips. "She ran away."
"Are you surprised?" Uzumaki Chito asked, crossing his arms. "She can only move between certain spaces. As long as we track her down, one by one, we’ll eventually corner her. And once we do, she’s finished."
"Then why don’t we start now?" Chito prompted.
Urashiki nodded in agreement.
Without hesitation, he resumed his pursuit.
It didn’t take long before he found her again.
Kaguya stood before him, her gaze cold and indifferent. Her expression betrayed her frustration. Damn it! This man was relentless! He was pushing her to the brink, forcing her into a dead end. She had never encountered someone so unreasonable before. If he kept this up, he would drive her into utter despair.
Whoosh! Whoosh!
The soul chains struck again!
Urashiki had hoped to trap her within the sealed space, ensuring she had nowhere left to run.
But he had underestimated her.
In an instant, Kaguya wrenched open a new dimensional tear and vanished without a trace!
After all, this was her own domain. She was the master of these dimensions, and her control over them was absolute. Urashiki might be able to force entry into her space, but he couldn’t dictate the terms. His influence only went so far.
This wasn’t over yet.
Without hesitation, Urashiki once again resumed his pursuit, determined to find her at all costs.
Chapter 194: Unwilling
Uzumaki Chito had scattered his soul chains across multiple dimensions, ensuring that Kaguya had nowhere left to hide. This was a method of complete invasion, systematically sealing off every escape route. If they failed to subdue her now, and she managed to fully materialize her body in this world, stopping her would be nearly impossible.
One by one, Kaguya’s escape routes were sealed. This time, she truly had nowhere left to run.
The key to sealing Kaguya lay within her own body. She had been summoned into this world through Uchiha Madara’s actions. Using the same principle, they could reverse the process and send her back where she came from. If they succeeded, the remaining ninja forces of the Five Great Nations would no longer be under threat.
Even if all the shinobi in the world joined forces, none could rival Kaguya in power. That was the simple truth.
Kaguya’s pale eyes followed the soul chains swirling toward her, weaving through the air like spirits closing in.
Is this it?
Was she truly going to be overwhelmed?
The eerie clinking of chains echoed. As Kaguya raised her hands, her elongated bone fingers shot forth like projectiles. The attack was not just an offense but a desperate defense, a last-ditch effort to keep herself from being completely restrained.
Absolute defense through sheer offense.
For an ordinary opponent, this might have been enough to turn the tide.
But against Uzumaki Chito and Urashiki?
It was still not enough.
Urashiki, growing impatient, knew he could no longer rely solely on Uzumaki Chito. If this dragged on any longer, Kaguya might still find a way to escape.
Uzumaki Chito focused his efforts entirely on sealing off all remaining dimensional exits. Kaguya would have nowhere left to run.
Still, the situation was far from easy.
Despite their advantage, the fight was taking its toll.
Minutes passed.
Then ten.
Yet Kaguya still resisted.
Uzumaki Chito, unfazed, fixed his gaze on her.
Kaguya frowned. "Why are you staring at me like that?"
"I'm just watching you walk toward your own destruction," Chito replied coldly.
While Chito spoke, his crimson chakra threads—resembling fishing lines—continued to spread, weaving an intricate web around Kaguya.
She was forced to dodge relentlessly, evading both the chains and the chakra threads. The situation was unbearable.
Never had she expected things to escalate to this point.
What was the purpose of this struggle? Could she still turn things around?
Or was she merely prolonging the inevitable?
Then, in a moment of miscalculation, the crimson fishing lines lashed out—binding her!
The soul chains followed immediately after.
Now, Kaguya was completely trapped.
The surrounding shinobi could only watch in stunned silence.
How had it come to this?
Was Kaguya Otsutsuki truly about to be sealed once again?
Yet, despite her predicament, Kaguya refused to accept defeat.
She was unwilling to yield.
But now, with Uzumaki Chito holding complete control over her, the next step was inevitable—sending her back.
"You… what are you going to do?" Kaguya asked, a sense of dread creeping into her voice.
That feeling… it was the same as before.
It was the feeling of betrayal.
The same feeling she had experienced long ago when her husband, whom she had once loved with all her heart, had turned against her.
A man whom she had trusted… had chosen to betray her.
And so, she had killed him.
From then on, she had ruled the world alone.
Then, for a time, there had been peace. She had given birth to two children, raised them—only for them to betray her as well.
Why?
Why had her own children opposed her? Why had they chosen to side with the weak creatures of this world instead of standing by her side?
It had made no sense then.
It made no sense now.
And yet, here she was—once again—powerless.
Kaguya struggled against the chains, but resistance was futile. Before her very eyes, the space around her warped.
A wormhole appeared at her core, distorting the air as it began pulling at her essence.
No…!
Bit by bit, her soul was being sucked away.
"Come with me!" she growled, reaching out.
In a desperate move, she grabbed Urashiki, dragging him toward the portal.
If she was going down, she wasn’t going alone.
Urashiki's expression twisted in panic.
"HELP ME!" he shouted toward Uzumaki Chito.
But Chito did not move.
If he interfered now, the reversal of the summoning technique would be disrupted. That meant Kaguya would remain in this world. Worse, she would be wary of him from this point forward, making any future attempts at sealing her even harder.
There was only one choice.
He had to let Urashiki go.
From the beginning, this so-called cooperation had been unstable. They had used each other, knowing full well that betrayal was inevitable.
And now, Urashiki was the sacrifice.
"NO!" Urashiki screamed.
Kaguya tightened her grip.
And then—
With a final pull, the wormhole expanded.
A brilliant flash of light.
And in the next moment—
They were gone.
Urashiki had been unwilling to accept this fate. But in the end, just like Kaguya…
He, too, had been powerless.
Chapter 195: Stroke of Luck
Under Uchiha Madara’s intense gaze, the wormhole mercilessly consumed Kaguya, devouring her piece by piece until nothing remained but empty space.
Madara’s heart clenched.
His final pillar of support had vanished.
Alone, he could barely hold his own against Uzumaki Chito, let alone the others.
Chito feel bored to this all and decided to stop holding back.
He decided to deal with the invader himself finally.
He easily kill the first and second Hokage.
While the other Shin-Konoha manage to seal the dead from the other village.
Tsunade manage to dbeat Jiraiya.
And Chito finish all of this by finally killing Madara
With that, the battle ended.
Together, Uzumaki Chito and the remaining ninja forces took care of the aftermath.
He manage to find the Injured blind Nagato and give him back the Rinnegan from Madara before healing Nagato up.
Funnily all the Akatsuki still protect Nagato after his eyes were taken
And so, the Shinobi World was ushered into a period of peace.
Life began returning to normal.
[*TL: after all of that, this is the ending, the author cook all of this story and decided to end the battle here, Iam so tired. I thought we wil gave some action seeing there is still atleast 100raw chapter, but this 5 chapter ahead is Chito going back in time.]
[Should I continue this story???? Please Comment]
But peace was dull.
Uzumaki Chito, unable to tolerate the monotony, decided to use Urashiki’s time-traveling abilities. He went back to the past, and create a new identity for himself.
Everything had been going smoothly—until the moment he drew his lottery paper in his Chunin exam.
He stared at it.
A blank sheet.
Confused, he checked it a third time. But no matter how he looked at it, it was still blank.
Beside him, a Jonin, acting as the exam proctor, calmly explained,
“There are five teams, meaning fifteen candidates in the third round of the Chunin Exam. Since the matches are conducted in a two-on-two format, one candidate will receive a bye during the drawing process. The blank paper signifies that you’ve received the bye for the first round.”
First-round bye?
Chito blinked.
Soon after, the exam staff wrote down the matchups on a large whiteboard.
Chito glanced at the chart.
Kakashi and Might Dai, hadn’t been matched against each other. More importantly, the first round lacked any particularly strong opponents. There wouldn’t be much excitement to watch.
"Prepare well for the upcoming battles over the next week. Dismissed!"
With the Third Hokage’s command, the fifteen examinees dispersed.
The Genin returned to their respective senseis for guidance.
For those like Chito—who had been directly recommended by the Hokage—they had no designated sensei to turn to. Instead, he found herself heading toward Sarutobi Hiruzen, the Hokage himself, to reminisce about the past.
Inside the solemn tower, standing beside the Hokage, Might Dai looked as nervous as ever. Even Kakashi appeared a bit uneasy.
But Chito?
He was entirely different.
After taking a short break in the grand, dimly lit hall, he glanced at the empty space around her.
Then, without a word, he turned and left—just like an emotionless businessman concluding a transaction.
As soon as they stepped out of the tower, arriving at the entrance of the Forest of Death, Chito and Kakashi were suddenly enveloped in a tight embrace.
A pair of arms pulled them in, squeezing them warmly.
Hatake Sakumo had appeared out of nowhere.
"You two are incredible! I’m so proud of you!" he declared.
Kakashi, unamused, shot his father a deadpan look. "Dad, this is only the first exam."
Sakumo simply laughed heartily. "Even so, it’s worth celebrating! Chito, you should come by later. I’ll cook a big meal for you today!"
"Sounds good!" Chito replied.
Then, sniffing at his clothes, he muttered, "But I need to take a bath first..."
After all, they had spent days surviving in the Forest of Death. He hadn’t had a decent bath in ages, and the stench of blood still lingered on his clothes.
Crash!
Steam rose from the bathwater, curling into the air as Chito submerged his in the tub. A deep sigh escaped his lips.
Few things in life compared to the bliss of a hot bath.
His muscles relaxed, the tension from the past days melting away. The warmth enveloped him, washing away the grime and exhaustion.
But then—
He suddenly remembered something.
Didn’t I promise Kurenai that I’d visit her house for dinner?
A moment of hesitation.
Forget it. I’ll go tomorrow.
At times like this, self-care came first.
Half an hour later, at the Hatake residence, the three of them sat around the dining table.
Despite the simplicity of the meal, Hatake Sakumo’s cooking skills were undeniable. If he hadn’t chosen the path of a ninja, he could have easily become a chef.
Conservatively speaking, his culinary skills could rival that of a high-level professional.
The only issue?
His menu lacked variety.
Braised fish.
Steamed fish.
Boiled fish.
It was fish.
Just fish.
But good food was good food, and Chito ate heartily.
After the meal, with a lighthearted atmosphere filling the room, Sakumo leaned back, sipping his tea.
"The next week is crucial," he told Chito and Kakashi. "Make sure you’re prepared."
