[Chat Group For The Death] Chapter 106 - 110

Chapter 106: Newcomers Join the Group

After Lucas killed Doflamingo, a flicker of regret crossed his mind. He had promised Tesoro the chance to deal with Doflamingo personally. Their hatred ran deep—two men with connected backgrounds, one a former slave of the Celestial Dragons and the other once a Celestial Dragon, standing on opposite sides of fate. But amidst the chaos and Lucas's swift efficiency, he'd forgotten. And now, Doflamingo lay dead at his feet.

Well, that’s going to be an awkward conversation, Lucas thought, scratching the back of his head.

But there was a silver lining. Though Doflamingo was gone, his network of underlings still roamed free. I’ll let Tesoro clean them up. That should make up for it.

With a flick of his hand, Lucas created a Shadow Clone, instructing it to use the Flying Thunder God Technique to return to the Golden City and bring Tesoro over to handle the aftermath.

Once Dressrosa was securely in Tesoro’s hands, Lucas turned his attention back to more pressing matters. The Vinsmoke Judge had finally arrived.

In the Golden City—

The scene unfolding was almost comical.

"What are you doing? Ichiji, Niji, Yonji—how dare you attack me?!"

Judge’s booming voice echoed through the grand halls, his eyes bulging with disbelief as his three sons closed in on him with cold, calculated steps.

"Father,—just give up."

"Yeah, we don’t want to hurt you."

"But if you resist, we won’t hesitate."

The robotic monotony of their voices sent a chill down Judge’s spine. His face flushed with anger, veins popping at his temples.

"Reiju!" he barked, swiveling his gaze to his daughter, who stood calmly off to the side. "What the hell is going on?! Didn’t you say they were injured by Lucas? Why are they not only fine but attacking me?!"

Before Reiju could answer, a familiar, mocking voice cut through the tension.

"Allow me to answer that."

In a blink, Lucas appeared in the room, his signature smirk firmly in place.

Judge’s fury redirected at once. "Lucas! What have you done to my sons?!"

Lucas chuckled, stepping closer, his presence radiating quiet dominance. "You see, Judge, it’s all thanks to your brilliant work." He gestured toward the three brothers, who stood motionless, awaiting orders. "You programmed them for absolute obedience, didn’t you?"

Judge’s face darkened. "Of course. They were designed to follow my every command."

Lucas’s grin widened. "Well, I just modified who they obey."

Judge’s eyes widened in horror. "That’s impossible!"

"Not at all," Lucas replied smoothly. "Your science isn’t as foolproof as you think. You didn’t hardwire them to obey you specifically. They follow the master of Germa 66. And with a little help from Pudding, I tweaked their memories. In their minds, I am the true leader of Germa 66."

Judge’s fists clenched, his body trembling with rage. "You—"

Lucas’s expression darkened, the smirk fading. "Enough. Make your choice, Judge. Do you want to die here, or will you become my subordinate?"

Judge glanced at his three sons, whose eyes bore into him without a shred of emotion. Then his gaze flicked to Reiju, who met his stare with indifference. The weight of reality pressed down on him like a boulder.

He sighed deeply, the fight draining from his body. "I surrender."

Lucas nodded approvingly. "Smart choice." He created another Shadow Clone and gave it simple instructions: "Take him to the lab. I’m sure Caesar and Law will enjoy his company. A man like him is wasted on the battlefield. Let him focus on what he does best—science."

As Judge was led away, Lucas turned his attention to Reiju, his playful smile returning.

"With your father busy in the lab, you’ll be in charge of Germa 66 from now on."

Reiju blinked in surprise, shaking her head. "I don’t want anything to do with Germa 66. Why make me the leader?"

Lucas sighed, folding his arms. "Because there’s no one better suited for it." He began ticking off reasons on his fingers. "Judge is out of the picture. Your brothers? They’re brainless puppets. But you—" He pointed at her. "You’ve got the strength, the bloodline, and most importantly, the heart they lack."

Reiju looked away, conflicted. "I don’t want it."

"Want it or not, you’re the only one capable. Think about it," Lucas said softly, his tone gentler now. "Germa doesn’t have to be what it was. You can make it something better."

After listening to Lucas’s analysis, Reiju was dumbfounded. That being said, there is really no one suitable to lead Germa except her. but…

"Don’t you have a lot of strong subordinates?" Reiju asked, her tone laced with exhaustion. "Just send any one of them to lead Germa 66."

Lucas shook his head, a knowing smile tugging at his lips. "As far as I know, Germa 66 isn’t like other troops. This is a scientific force. It needs to be led with scientific precision. My men are strong, sure, but leading this army in battle?" He trailed off, raising an eyebrow.

Reiju sighed, nodding silently. He was right. Germa 66’s strength came from its specialized technology, and without someone familiar with its inner workings, it would be like handing a sword to someone who’d never seen one before. But even with that truth staring her in the face, she still recoiled at the thought.

"I’m tired of leading Germa 66 into battles," Reiju admitted quietly. "I don’t want to drag them into wars anymore."

Lucas chuckled, his voice warm but firm. "Who said anything about battle?" His words made Reiju pause. "In the future, the Germa 66 you lead will only need to cooperate with Zephyr and Aokiji on patrols."

Reiju blinked in disbelief. "Germa 66... doing patrol duty? You’re serious?"

Reiju was speechless. She couldn’t tell if Lucas was being arrogant or just painfully honest. But strangely enough, his dismissal of Germa 66’s combat abilities brought her an odd sense of relief. If he didn’t see them as vital for his wars, that meant she wouldn’t be forced into battles anymore.

Lucas must have noticed her shifting thoughts. "Relax," he said gently. "I told you from the start—I’m not interested in Germa’s army. What I am interested in is Germa’s technology."

That caught Reiju’s attention. She quickly offered, "The snail ship carrying all of Germa’s tech arrived with Judge. I can show you around."

With Reiju leading the way and the three emotionless Vinsmoke brothers flanking them, Lucas entered Germa’s science laboratory without a hitch. Surprisingly, the Germa scientists welcomed him with open arms, eager to showcase their creations.

Rows of nutrient tanks lined the walls, filled with clones in various stages of development. The sterile, metallic scent of the lab mixed with the soft hum of machinery. As the scientists explained the processes behind their creations, the chat group erupted in disbelief.

In the Chat Group—

Whitebeard: "Is this the power of science? Creating humans... this is terrifying."

Golden Lion Shiki: "It’s impressive, though. Making an adult in just five years? Strong, durable, and fearless—they’re the perfect soldiers."

Howard Stark: "Lucas, are you planning to use this technology for your own army?"

Lucas: "Of course not. Soldiers at this level are useless to me."

Sword God Ryuma: "Then why even bother with this? Besides creating these inhumane clones, what’s the point?"

Lucas: "Oh, there’s plenty of use. This tech isn’t just for making full humans. It can also be used to create body parts."

The chat paused, several members curious.

Lucas continued, "For example, we can use this to make a new arm for Zephyr, complete with his own cellular structure."

Howard Stark: "Now that’s an idea—using science to restore lost limbs. That’s revolutionary."

Lucas: "Exactly. But I’ll need Judge and Caesar to work a bit harder. The more they compete, the more breakthroughs I’ll have to absorb."

Meanwhile, in Dressrosa—

The city gleamed under the midday sun, its buildings turned into solid gold under Tesoro’s command. He sneered, manipulating the precious metal with ease, suppressing Doflamingo’s scattered soldiers and cadres like insects underfoot.

"Mr. Tesoro," a voice called out.

Tesoro turned to see Rob Lucci approaching, his face as unreadable as ever.

"What’s going on between you and Lucas?" Lucci asked in a low tone, his eyes narrowing.

Tesoro let out a humorless laugh. "That bastard stole one of my key people and forced me to help him deal with Doflamingo." His face twisted in resentment. "If I could beat him, I would’ve handled him myself a long time ago."

Lucci’s gaze remained impassive. "Why hasn’t the World Government eliminated him, then?"

Tesoro scoffed. "You think I know? That’s your department." But then, with a bitter edge, he added, "He took Baccarat from me. My dealer—the one with the Lucky-Lucky Fruit."

Lucci nodded thoughtfully, tucking that information away. Without another word, he turned and walked off, already planning to verify Tesoro’s claims.

Watching Lucci’s retreating figure, Tesoro sneered. "World Government, Celestial Dragons… your days are numbered."

Later that night…

After imprisoning the rest of Doflamingo’s men in golden restraints, Tesoro made his exit, leaving the cleanup to his subordinates. On the surface, he and Lucas maintained a professional distance, but in private, they shared an understanding.

"Good work," Lucas said, nodding in approval as he surveyed Tesoro’s handiwork.

Before they could exchange more words, a grating, high-pitched voice echoed from the golden prison.

"Lucas! You killed Doffy?! I’ll make you pay!"

It was Pica, one of Doflamingo’s top cadres. The man was tall and imposing, his burly figure casting a large shadow—but his voice was thin, shrill, and comically mismatched to his appearance.

In the Chat Group—

Pirate King Roger: "What’s up with this guy? That voice is hilarious!"

Gold Thief Woonan: "It’s not just the voice. It’s the whole package—looks scary, sounds ridiculous."

Howard Stark: "Scientifically speaking, it makes no sense for someone that size to sound like that!"

Golden Lion Shiki: "Maybe Lucas should dissect him and figure it out."

Howard Stark: "What are you, some kind of mad scientist?"

Golden Lion Shiki: "Nah, but Lucas is. He’ll probably turn Pica into some lab experiment. Call it ‘waste utilization.’"

Lucas: "Exactly. Sacrifices are necessary for scientific progress. Why waste good materials?"

Suddenly, a series of notifications echoed through the chat.

Ding! Doflamingo has joined the chat group!

Ding! Second Mizukage—Gengetsu Hōzuki has joined the chat group!

Ding! Uchiha Madara has joined the chat group!

Ding! Fourth Hokage—Namikaze Minato has joined the chat group!

Ding! Uchiha Shisui has joined the chat group!

The chat fell silent for a moment as everyone processed the sudden influx of powerful new members.

Chapter 107: Do You Want to Repay a Favor or Take Revenge?

In the Chat Group—

Golden Lion Shiki: "???"

Whitebeard: "Doflamingo? Is that the guy you just killed?"

Pirate King Roger: "Man, you’re lucky! You send him to the afterlife with one hand and welcome him to the Chat Group with the other."

Senju Hashirama: "Uchiha Madara?! Tobirama, look! Madara’s here too! @Uchiha Madara, it’s me—Hashirama!"

Senju Tobirama: "Stop shouting. He won’t respond. Ninjas are cautious by nature. He probably thinks he’s trapped in some genjutsu."

Doflamingo: "What is this place? Looks like I’m surrounded by a lot of famous faces. Fufufufu~ So this is the world after death? Interesting."

Sword God Ryuma: "It’s more than just interesting. Reality here is stranger than fiction. @Lucas, don’t you have something to say to the new guy?"

Doflamingo: "Lucas? Wait a second… Masaka…"

Lucas: "Welcome to my Chat Group for The Dead, Doflamingo."

Doflamingo: "Lucas?! I get it now. No wonder you have the powers of the Golden Lion and Whitebeard, and even the swordsmanship of Pirate Kinf. They’re all in your little club, huh? Let me guess, they gave you their abilities?"

Lucas: "Exactly. And now that you’re here, you can do the same. Newbies get the option to send me something. Try it if you don’t believe me."

Ding! Doflamingo sent an exclusive red envelope [Observation Haki – Intermediate] to the group owner Lucas.

Golden Lion Shiki: "Hey hey hey! Are you serious? Lucas just killed you, and you’re handing him your Observation Haki?!"

Doflamingo: "What’s the harm? Even if I give him my Observation Haki, it won’t boost his power much. I’m just testing a theory here."

Whitebeard: "So, did you confirm your little theory?"

Doflamingo: "Oh, it’s confirmed! No wonder Lucas offed Blackbeard Teach and protected the Whitebeard Pirates. You guys were behind it, right? Feeding him your abilities so he can settle your unfinished business."

Gold Thief Woonan: "Smart guy! You figured out the group dynamics pretty quick. But too bad for you—your arrival here is useless to Lucas."

Golden Lion Shiki: "Yep. Forget his strength—he’s got a personal grudge against you. Doesn’t seem like he’ll want anything from you."

Fisher Tiger: "…"

Fire Fist Ace: "…"

The two relatively new members quietly observed, hesitant to jump into the chaotic conversation.

Lucas: "Don’t listen to Golden Lion’s nonsense. Both of you have given me valuable abilities. One gave me the power to live in water, and the other handed me Logia Devil Fruit abilities and advanced talents. Every contribution matters."

Doflamingo: "Lucas can still get something useful from me. I’ve got unfinished business that he might be willing to handle."

Whitebeard: "Hold on. He killed you with his own hands, and you think he’ll help you?"

Doflamingo: "Fufufufu~ That’s right! He’s the one who killed me, and yes, I want revenge. But let’s be real—I can’t do that from here. So, cooperating is my best option."

Gold Thief Woonan: "Why does this sound familiar? Oh right, Tesoro! He stole your prized Gold-Gold Fruit, and you wanted to kill him. But when you couldn’t, you worked with him instead."

Doflamingo: "You know too much… Fufufufu!"

Lucas, watching the chat unfold, called upon his perception to locate Doflamingo’s unfinished business. The memories came flooding in as he gazed at the neatly captured members of the Donquixote Family standing before him.

Lucas: "Is your unfinished business related to them?"

Doflamingo: "Fufufufu! Aren’t those my beloved family members? But wait… this isn’t Dressrosa, is it?"

Lucas: "It is."

Doflamingo: "Oh? So you haven’t left yet, and my precious family just got caught. Looks like I got here right after dying. Speaking of which… is my body cold yet?"

Lucas: "Probably. You were strong, but not strong enough for me to bother preserving your body."

Doflamingo: "Then I thank you for not desecrating it."

Lucas: "You’re welcome. But now that you’re in the chat group, I’ve changed my mind. I might bury you, but you’ll have to pay me for it."

Doflamingo rolled his eyes and sent over his Armament Haki. It wasn’t much—mid-level at best—but Lucas blended it into his already top-tier Armament Haki. Better than nothing, he mused.

Doflamingo: "I hope you treat my family well. At least… don’t kill or torture them."

Fire Fist Ace: "Wait, what? You actually care about your subordinates?"

Doflamingo: "Fufufufu! You should understand, Ace. My father was a fool, and my brother betrayed me. I killed them both and lost all my blood relatives. My subordinates? They’re all I’ve got. They’re my family."

Whitebeard: "Gurarara! I still don’t like you, but I can respect that. Family’s everything."

Lucas: "Don’t be so quick to respect him, Whitebeard. Doflamingo’s idea of ‘family’ isn’t the same as yours."

Whitebeard: "What do you mean?"

Lucas: "Would you sacrifice your sons for your ambitions? Let them die just to defeat an enemy?"

Whitebeard: "Of course not!"

Whitebeard wasn’t lying. During the Summit War, he stopped his men from sacrificing themselves for him, even when they were tricked by the Marines. He’d never put his family in harm’s way for his own goals.

Doflamingo: "Hey now, Lucas. You can’t just slander me like that. When have I ever sacrificed my family?"

Lucas: "In the future I saw."

Doflamingo: "Future? Please, I’m dead now. I don’t have a future."

Lucas: "I’m talking about the future I saw before I killed you. But since you’re dead, that future no longer exists."

Doflamingo: "So, it never actually happened?"

Lucas: "Correct. But it still shows the difference between you and Whitebeard."

Doflamingo: "Alright, then tell me—who did I supposedly abandon?"

Lucas: "Monet and Vergo."

Doflamingo: "Vergo? Fufufufu~ You even know about him? I believe it—you really can see the future."

Whitebeard: "Who’s Vergo?"

Lucas: "He was the base chief of Marine’s New World G5 Branch and a Vice Admiral at Marine Headquarters. But more importantly, he was Doflamingo’s undercover agent in Marine for over a decade. Vergo wasn’t just a pawn, though—he was one of Doflamingo’s four top cadres, loyal to him since childhood."

Golden Lion Shiki: "Wait, wait. You’re telling me they followed him since he was a kid? Pirates only follow strength! What kind of qualifications could some brat have to earn that loyalty?"

Lucas: "That’s exactly what happened."

Golden Lion Shiki: "Impossible! No pirate worth their salt would follow a child. This has to be a joke."

Doflamingo: "Fufufufu! It’s unbelievable, but it’s the truth. When I was young, I got captured by a mob of commoners who despised the Celestial Dragons. They strung me up, ready to burn me alive. But just when everything seemed lost, my Conqueror’s Haki awakened. It was that moment my four future top cadres recognized my potential. They made me their king."

Sword God Ryuma: "So they saw your potential—not your current strength."

Doflamingo: "Exactly. They believed I would rule the seas one day, and they wanted to be there from the start."

Gold Thief Woonan: "Losing your Celestial Dragon status and immediately finding four powerful subordinates? That’s some serious luck, reincarnation, or fate. Either way, you’ve had more fortune than 90% of the people in this world."

Pirate King Roger: "Yeah! Speaking of luck, Golden Lion—don’t you have something to say about that?"

Golden Lion Shiki: "Luck? What good is luck when you still end up weaker than me? And those four followers of his? Ridiculous. Just having Conqueror’s Haki doesn’t mean you’ll rule the seas. Plenty of people have it in the New World."

Pirate King Roger: "True, lots of people have Conqueror’s Haki. But how many of them had loyal subordinates from childhood? Come on, Shiki, you can’t say that’s just luck."

Golden Lion Shiki: "...Can we stop bringing up luck already?"

Lucas: "The truth is, those four top cadres weren’t just followers—they raised Doflamingo. Without their help, he wouldn’t have achieved his strength or status. But, ironically, without them, he also wouldn’t have become so twisted."

Whitebeard: "What do you mean? As family, wouldn’t they have helped him correct his mistakes?"

Lucas: "Correction? No. They didn’t correct him—they enabled him. Let me put it this way: if Doflamingo was bullied as a kid, they’d go kill the bullies. If he tripped on the road, they’d blow up the road."

Doflamingo: "Fufufufu! Brother Lucas, you sure know a lot! That’s exactly the kind of ‘education’ I received. As a king, I can’t be wrong—the fault always lies with others!"

Golden Lion Shiki: "That’s one way to succeed, I guess. Hahaha! Even I wasn’t that crazy! Killing people is one thing, but blowing up the road? What if you fell into the sea—would your men have to reclaim the ocean?"

Lucas chuckled. Golden Lion found the flaw.

If Doflamingo, as a Devil Fruit user, ever fell into the sea, his loyal subordinates would probably try to drain the ocean to save him. It wouldn’t work, of course—but the symbolism was there.

Whitebeard: "I don’t care how crazy they are. Abandoning family like that? That’s crossing the line."

Doflamingo: "Please! I never abandoned them, okay?"

Lucas: "Not yet. But let’s put that to the test. Let me see what’s really in your heart."

Doflamingo: "What are you talking about?"

Lucas: "It’s simple. Do you want revenge on the Celestial Dragons?"

Doflamingo: "Fufufufu! Of course! Aside from asking you to protect my family, I want you to drag those Celestial Dragons off their thrones. For that, I’m willing to give you everything I’ve got."

Lucas: "Really? That’s a big wish, and the price you’re offering isn’t enough. So, you’ll have to give up one of those two requests."

Doflamingo: "Nani?"

Lucas: "Think about it. Your talent, physical skills, and Devil Fruit abilities aren’t anything special. Even if you gave me everything, it wouldn’t be enough for me to fulfill both wishes. It’s not enough to protect your family and help you overthrow the Celestial Dragons."

Lucas: "But I’m a generous man. Since fate brought you to my chat group, I’ll cut you a deal. Give up one wish, and I’ll fulfill the other. How’s that?"

Doflamingo fell silent, the usual smug grin fading from his face. Then, slowly, the grin returned.

Doflamingo: "Fufufufu! You really know how to put me in a tough spot, don’t you?"

Lucas: "Don’t overthink it. Just be honest with yourself. Do you want to repay your family—or get revenge?"

Chapter 108: A Rich Woman Who Won’t Say No? No, She’s a Poor Woman!

In the Chat Group—

Doflamingo: "I know a massive secret about the Celestial Dragons—it’s as valuable as any skill I could offer. Consider that a bargaining chip."

Lucas: "You’re talking about the Celestial Dragons’ national treasure, aren’t you?"

Golden Lion Shiki: "The national treasure of the Celestial Dragons? What’s that?"

Doflamingo: "Fufufufu! You even know about the national treasure? Interesting…"

Lucas: "Of course. The Celestial Dragons’ national treasure might be one of the Three Ancient Weapons, or perhaps a weapon equally powerful. But there’s a catch—it seems to drain the lifespan of whoever controls it. That’s why you wanted the Ope-Ope no Mi—to gain immortality, right?"

Doflamingo: "Fufufufu! You really do know everything, don’t you? What else have you dug up?"

Lucas: "I know there’s someone even above the Celestial Dragons. A person who rules them all—the King of the Celestial Dragons, superior to even the Five Elders. His name is Imu."

Golden Lion Shiki: "Wait, wait. The Celestial Dragons have a king? No way! I’ve never heard of such a thing!"

Lucas: "That’s exactly why you and Rocks’ crew were doomed from the start. You wanted to topple the Celestial Dragons, but you didn’t even know who your real enemies were. How could you possibly win?"

Whitebeard: "This Imu… is he strong?"

Lucas: "I don’t know his exact strength, but I’m certain he’s no weaker than you. Remember, he’s been alive for over 800 years. The World Government wouldn’t have lasted this long without his influence—and that national treasure."

Golden Lion Shiki: "Over 800 years? Immortal? Did he undergo the Op-Op no Mi’s Eternal Youth Surgery?"

Doflamingo: "Exactly! Only those who’ve had the Eternal Youth Surgery could live from 800 years ago to today. And only with that longevity could someone have the vitality to control the national treasure."

Lucas: "So, your big secret isn’t much of a secret anymore. Now, tell me your choice—do you want revenge on the Celestial Dragons, or do you want me to protect your ‘family’?"

Doflamingo: "Before I decide, let me ask—do you really have the power to overthrow the Celestial Dragons?"

Lucas: "Not yet… but I will, soon enough."

Doflamingo: "Fufufufu! In that case, of course, I choose revenge. As long as I can destroy those bastards, I’ll pay any price."

Whitebeard: "Just like that? You’re abandoning your family for revenge?"

Doflamingo: "Whitebeard, don’t compare my family to yours. They understand me. They support me in everything I do. We’re prepared to burn the world to the ground if it means revenge!"

Golden Lion Shiki: "Destroy the world? Fufufufu! That’s a joke! You can’t possibly do that."

Doflamingo: "I knew I couldn’t do it alone, that’s why I allied with Kaido of the Beasts. I helped him mass-produce artificial Devil Fruits and stockpile weapons for one reason—to watch this world crumble."

Doflamingo: "Kaido’s insane, sure—but his goals aligned perfectly with mine. We both wanted to bring this twisted world to its knees."

Doflamingo: "I laid the groundwork. I never expected you, Lucas, to show up and ruin it all. Your strength isn’t what surprised me—it’s your ambition. You’re even crazier than Kaido."

Pirate King Roger: "You know, this kid really is crazier than Shiki. Shiki wanted to destroy East Blue, and that old fool Zephyr wanted to blow up New World. But Doflamingo? He’s thinking on a whole different scale."

Whitebeard: "Thank the seas you all failed, or the world would’ve been in pieces."

Outside World—

Lucas left Sugar, Violet, and Baby-5 behind in Dressrosa, instructing his Shadow Clone to escort the rest of Doflamingo’s crew to the lab. The three women exchanged nervous glances as their comrades were dragged away.

Violet asked cautiously, "Why did you leave just the three of us here? What do you want?"

Lucas smiled warmly, "Relax. I’ve decided to let you live—for reasons that are, well… special."

In the Chat Group—

Pirate King Roger sneered: "@Lucas, don’t tell me you’re sparing them just because they’re women?"

Lucas: "What nonsense! If that were true, why did I send that old, ugly woman away with the others?"

The group went silent. It was obvious.

The three women left behind were stunning—a mature beauty, a charming maid, and an adorable loli. Lucas’s reasoning didn’t need much explaining.

Lucas turned to Sugar, the youngest of the three. "You’re Monet’s sister, right? Your sister works for me now. I’m offering you the same opportunity—join me."

Sugar didn’t hesitate. She nodded vigorously, agreeing to Lucas’s proposition without a second thought.

Lucas nodded in approval. "Good. Dressrosa needs your help cleaning up this mess. Undo the toy transformations. Let the innocent people return to normal, but keep the pirates and government agents working for us."

Sugar froze for a moment, surprised by how much Lucas knew. But she didn’t question it—she simply obeyed.

In the Chat Group—

Fire Fist Ace: "Toys? Oh yeah, I’ve been to Dressrosa before. The toys there did seem oddly lifelike… it was kind of magical."

Lucas: "Not magic—Devil Fruit power. Sugar here has the Hobi Hobi no Mi—the Hobby-Hobby Fruit. She can turn living beings into toys and make them obey her."

Fire Fist Ace: "So all those toys were actually people? No wonder they seemed so human. I thought there was an entire race of living toys!"

Sword God Ryuma: "So, Doflamingo turned pirates and World Government agents into toys to control them?"

Doflamingo: "Fufufufu! Exactly. The Hobi Hobi no Mi is terrifying. Those who turned into Toy will be forgotten by everyone, It’s the ultimate weapon against Marines and spies."

Lucas: "Yeah, but let’s be real—you and your crew were terrible at governing. You only managed to hold Dressrosa because Sugar’s ability covered up your incompetence. Without her, you wouldn’t have lasted more than a year."

Sword God Ryuma: "Governing a country? You mean Doflamingo wasn’t just a pirate?"

Lucas: "That’s right. Over ten years ago, Doflamingo took over Dressrosa. He controlled the king, made him slaughter civilians, then swooped in as a ‘hero’ to save the people and became king himself."

Whitebeard: "Why does that sound way too familiar?"

Golden Lion Shiki: "Because that’s exactly what your daughter Crocodile tried to do in Alabasta—but he failed."

Whitebeard: "Go to hell! I’ve got nothing to do with Crocodile, understand?"

Senju Tobirama: "Crocodile plotted in Alabasta for over a decade and failed. How long did Doflamingo plan his takeover of Dressrosa?"

Doflamingo: "Fufufufu! I didn’t need that long. Just two years. The key was making Vergo the commander of the nearby Marine base—that kept the Marines off my back."

Senju Tobirama: "How did you manage to ruin the king’s reputation and win over the people?"

Lucas: "With his Ito Ito no Mi—the String-String Fruit. He controlled the king, made him kill civilians, and shattered his reputation. Plus, Doflamingo is from the Donquixote family—the former royal family of Dressrosa before they became Celestial Dragons. After they left, the Riku family took over. So, when Doflamingo returned, people saw him as royalty reclaiming his throne."

Senju Tobirama: "Devil Fruit power and noble lineage… Compared to that unlucky Crocodile, I’m starting to believe Doflamingo’s had a lot of luck."

Doflamingo: "Luck? Fufufufu! If I were really lucky, I wouldn’t have lost my Celestial Dragon status. Compared to that, my four men and this country mean nothing."

Senju Tobirama: "Fair enough. Even with all that luck, the bad at the start more than makes up for it."

Outside World—

Baby-5 glared at Lucas, her eyes burning with fury. “You killed the Young Master! I’ll never forgive you!”

Lucas chuckled lightly, unfazed by her rage. “But what if I really need you? Would you still hold onto that hatred and refuse to help me?”

Baby-5 froze, her expression shifting from anger to confusion. After a brief pause, she stammered awkwardly, “R-Really? If… if you truly need me… then… I guess I could…”

In the Chat Group—

Whitebeard: "..."

Sword God Ryuma: "..."

Golden Lion Shiki: "..."

Pirate King Roger couldn’t hold back. “Is this girl… brain-dead?”

Senju Tobirama chimed in with a more logical perspective.

Senju Tobirama: “It could be a ruse. Maybe she’s pretending to be naive to lower your guard, waiting for the perfect chance to avenge Doflamingo.”

Doflamingo: "Fufufufu! You’re overthinking it. Baby-5 isn’t faking anything. She was abandoned by her family when she was just five years old. Ever since, she’s had a psychological compulsion—she can’t refuse anyone’s request, no matter how ridiculous it is.”

Whitebeard: “Seriously? That’s… tragic.”

Doflamingo: “Tragic, maybe. But it’s the truth. Lucas clearly knows about it too, right?”

Lucas: “Yeah, I know. When her family dumped her, they told her she was ‘useless.’ So now, all she wants is to feel needed. Just say ‘I need you,’ and she won’t say no.”

Golden Lion Shiki burst out laughing. “Shihahaha! If that’s the case, wouldn’t it be easy to trick her into spilling all your secrets?”

Doflamingo: “That’s why I always assigned her a partner—to keep an eye on her and prevent accidents.”

Whitebeard: “Her parents are bastards. How could they abandon their own child like that?”

Doflamingo: “Whitebeard, don’t be naive. This world’s full of people who abandon their families for all kinds of reasons.”

Fire Fist Ace: “Still, you treating your subordinates like family—it’s not just talk, is it? You actually care about them.”

Doflamingo: “Of course. I took Baby-5 in as a child, and I’ve always treated her like a little sister. You wouldn’t believe how many men I’ve schemed against or outright killed because they tried to take advantage of her.”

Golden Lion Shiki: “Schemed against her? Shihahaha! No surprise there. With a personality like hers, plenty of men must’ve tried something.”

Pirate King Roger: “Yeah. A rich woman who won’t say no? That’s a dream come true for some guys. Marry her, and you’d save yourself decades of hard work!”

Lucas sighed, exasperated. “Roger, why do you always twist things like this? Most people see Baby-5’s neediness as a flaw, but you’re already thinking about her wealth.”

But for all of Roger’s antics, Lucas knew the truth. A woman who can’t refuse? She was hardly rich—if anything, she was the most broke of them all. She couldn’t say no to lending money, either. Protecting her from being swindled was the real challenge. Baby-5 was less of a rich woman and more like the most popular friend in every freeloader’s circle.

Turning his attention to the next person, Lucas smiled at Violet.

“Violet—or should I say, Princess Violet of Dressrosa’s former royal family?” Lucas’s tone was calm but authoritative. “Dressrosa is my territory now, and I’ll need your help maintaining order here.”

In the Chat Group—

Sword God Ryuma: “Wait, what? Doflamingo’s subordinate is the princess of Dressrosa’s royal family?”

Lucas: “Relax. It’s not as surprising as it sounds. Princess Vivi of Alabasta went undercover under Crocodile. Kozuki Hiyori of Wano stayed under Kurozumi Orochi’s nose for years. Is it really that strange that Dressrosa’s princess worked for Doflamingo?”

Pirate King Roger: “Now that you mention it… it doesn’t seem that weird anymore. Why do these princesses always seem to enjoy this kind of dangerous game?”

Whitebeard: “Makes you wonder about the men in these countries. What are they doing, letting their women take on all the dangerous jobs?”

Golden Lion Shiki: “Doflamingo, did you even know she was the princess?”

Doflamingo: “Of course, I knew. I even recruited her personally. Her Devil Fruit ability is strategic—too valuable to ignore. That’s why I kept her close.”

Golden Lion Shiki: “A strategic Devil Fruit, huh?”

Lucas: “Correct. She has the Giro Giro no Mi—the Glare-Glare Fruit. She can see across 4000 kilometres, see through walls, read people’s minds, transmit her memories directly into others' minds, and even see through the human body. It’s a versatile and powerful ability.”

Senju Tobirama: “Wait, she can see across 4,000 kilometres?”

Lucas: “Exactly. You think the Byakugan is impressive? That only gives you a kilometer of vision. Violet’s fruit is like an upgraded Byakugan with mind-reading and memory-sharing features.”

Whitebeard: “That kind of power is insane. No wonder you want to keep her around.”

Outside World—

Lucas gave Violet her orders without hesitation. “Dressrosa is the edge of my territory. You’ll serve as my representative, keeping tabs on the Marines and any other forces moving through the region.”

He paused before continuing, “And you’ll also manage the Tontatta Tribe. Their contribution are essential for producing artificial Devil Fruits. I need them contributing to my scientific research.”

Chapter 109: Was the Death of the Senju Clan Justified?

After wrapping up matters in the outside world, Lucas turned his focus back to the Chat Group for The Dead.

Lucas: “Alright, you four newcomers from the ninja world—are you just going to lurk silently? After all this time, I think you’ve realized this isn’t some genjutsu, right?”

Gengetsu Hōzuki: “A chat group where the dead gather? Intriguing. So, this is the afterlife, huh? I must admit, what surprises me more is seeing the likes of the Ninja God and Ninja Demon here.”

Namikaze Minato: “If I’m understanding this correctly, this chat group exists so that we, the dead, can offer our abilities to the group leader in exchange for having our unfulfilled wishes granted?”

Uchiha Shisui: “But… the group leader isn’t from our world. Should we really be giving someone from another world access like this?”

Senju Tobirama: “Exactly. I suggest you don’t hand anything over so easily. My brother and I haven’t given all of our abilities yet. We still don’t know if letting people from other worlds interfere with ours is a good idea.”

Senju Hashirama: “That’s right! I don’t think spirits should meddle in the world of the living. We didn’t allow the group leader access to our world for a reason.”

Lucas: “Two naive fools. Do you really think the ninja world is some peaceful paradise without my involvement? @Namikaze Minato, you were the fourth hokage would you kindly educate these two about the mess their world turned into after they died?”

Senju Hashirama: “Wait… Nani?! Forth Hokage? No, no, if the Fourth Hokage died, doesn’t that mean… the Fifth Hokage took over?”

Senju Tobirama: “Brother, that’s not the point right now! Fourth Hokage, tell us—what happened after we died?”

Namikaze Minato sighed but agreed. He began recounting the events that unfolded in the ninja world after the deaths of the First and Second Hokage.

But Lucas quickly grew impatient.

Lucas: “Who asked you to give them the boring history lecture? Get to the important part. Tell them—are the Senju clan and the Uzumaki clan still around?”

Namikaze Minato hesitated. “Uh… I’m not entirely sure about the specifics. But, well… both the Senju and Uzumaki clans are basically extinct. A few descendants might still exist, but the clans as a whole… they’re gone.”

Senju Tobirama: “Damn it! So, the Senju clan really did perish? I thought Lucas was exaggerating!”

Lucas: “I wasn’t exaggerating. I was telling the truth. As far as I know, the only Senju left is Tsunade. And even she’s hanging by a thread.”

Senju Hashirama: “You mentioned the Senju clan earlier, but what about the Uzumaki clan?”

Lucas: “The Uzumaki were attacked by other villages. Konoha didn’t lift a finger to help them. Why? Because war means casualties. Konoha’s leadership didn’t want to lose their shinobi. So, the Uzumaki were sacrificed.”

Senju Tobirama: “What? Are the leaders of Konoha that stupid? Do they have any idea how vital the Uzumaki were to Konoha? Without them, even more people will die in future conflicts!”

Lucas: “Second Hokage, you’re too naive. People are short-sighted. Ever heard the saying: ‘You can dodge something today, but you can’t avoid it forever’?”

Senju Tobirama: “What does that mean?”

Lucas: “It means people will do whatever they can to avoid immediate danger, even if it leads to greater risks in the future. Why sacrifice today for something that might happen tomorrow? Most people won’t agree to that.”

Senju Tobirama: “…Because they think they won’t live long enough to face those future consequences.”

Lucas: “Exactly. That’s why every village, every faction, needs a strong leader—someone with vision, who can plan for the future and enforce difficult decisions.”

Senju Tobirama was silent, absorbing Lucas’s words. He couldn’t deny the truth in them. He knew how high the death rate was for shinobi. In a world where tomorrow was never guaranteed, few would think far ahead.

Senju Tobirama: “I understand why ordinary people wouldn’t think about the future… but even the leaders of Konoha are that short-sighted?”

Lucas: “Didn’t I already tell you? Konoha’s leaders are a bunch of fools. Thanks to your teachings, they’re experts in civil wars but amateurs when it comes to dealing with external threats. Your pathetic students have done more harm to Konoha than you can imagine.”

Senju Tobirama fell silent again, then turned to Namikaze Minato. “Is what he’s saying true? Are my students really the ones destroying Konoha?”

Namikaze Minato hesitated. Ever the optimist, he couldn’t bring himself to openly criticize his predecessors.

Namikaze Minato: “I believe everything the leaders do is for Konoha’s sake… but… the results… haven’t been great. In fact, some decisions might’ve backfired badly.”

Lucas seized the opportunity.

Lucas: “Speaking of bad decisions, let’s talk about the Fourth Hokage’s death. Minato had just become Hokage, his wife—Kushina the Nine tails Jinchuriki—was giving birth, and guess what? A masked man attacked Konoha, released the Nine Tails, and all hell broke loose.”

Namikaze Minato: “You even know about that?”

Lucas: “I know more about the ninja world than you do.”

Gengetsu Hōzuki: “Wait, wait—Nine Tails were unleashed in Konoha? That must’ve caused catastrophic damage!”

Lucas: “Of course. Countless civilians and shinobi died. And Minato, along with his wife—also perished.”

Senju Hashirama: “The Nine Tails were that dangerous? No way!”

Senju Tobirama: “Brother, shut up. Not everyone can suppress the Nine Tails like you could.”

Lucas: “But the real kicker is what happened after. Let’s discuss the role of Third Hokage and Shimura Danzō during the Nine Tails’ attack. Danzō and his elite squad were nowhere to be found. Third Hokage? Although he did contain the Nine-tails, but he was completely unscathed. Then, right after Minato’s death, guess who became Hokage again?”

Doflamingo: “Fufufufu~ I smell conspiracy. Looks like your world’s full of political snakes too!”

Senju Tobirama: “You mean to say… Danzō and Sarutobi Hiruzen just sat back while Konoha was falling apart?”

Lucas: “Exactly. And do you know how Minato became the Fourth Hokage? Because Third Hokage screwed up during the Third Great Ninja War and was forced to step down. Now tell me, don’t you think he wanted the title back?”

Senju Tobirama: “…”

Namikaze Minato: “No… I believe the Third Hokage isn’t that kind of person. Everything he did was for Konoha’s good. I never doubted that.”

Lucas: “Really? I never said Sarutobi Hiruzen didn’t act for Konoha’s benefit. But think about it from his perspective. What he did starts to make a lot more sense.”

Senju Tobirama: “Explain.”

Lucas: “Let’s start with the Senju clan. A powerful ninja family from the Warring States period. Their strength was unmatched, rivaled only by the Uchiha. And let’s not forget—they produced two Hokage, including the legendary First Hokage who founded Konoha. The village itself was built on the Senju foundation.”

Howard Stark: “Oh, I get it now. No wonder the Senju clan was wiped out by Konoha’s leadership.”

Senju Hashirama: “What do you mean?”

Senju Tobirama: "You're from another world—how could you possibly understand the intricacies of Konoha Village?"

Lucas: "You two seriously underestimate Howard Stark. He's far smarter than both of you combined. Unlike you guys who’ve been fighting since childhood, he's a highly educated man. What seems complicated to you is often simple for people like us."

Senju Tobirama: "Really? Then let me hear what this genius has to say."

Lucas: @Howard Stark, mind sharing your thoughts?"

Howard Stark: "Konoha Village is made up of various ninja clans, and the Senju clan is one of the most prominent. They not only possess strength that outclasses the other clans, but they also hold significant prestige, right?"

Senju Tobirama: "That's correct."

Howard Stark: "Alright, then here's my question—when there's a disagreement between Konoha's leadership and the Senju clan, whose authority prevails?"

The question was simple, yet it left Senju Tobirama momentarily speechless.

After a pause, Senju Tobirama finally replied

Senju Tobirama: "The Senju clan wouldn’t oppose Konoha Village. We’ve always aligned with Konoha’s interests."

Lucas: "Do you even believe the nonsense you're spewing? You and your brother had differing opinions about Uchiha Madara. If you two couldn’t agree, how could the entire Senju clan always see eye to eye with Konoha's leadership?"

Senju Tobirama fell silent, realizing the flaw in his logic.

Howard Stark: "Exactly. When disagreements arise, conflicts follow. The leadership of Konoha is supposed to guide the village, but if the Senju clan wields more power and prestige, how can the leadership truly lead?"

Doflamingo: "Fufufufu~ Power is a seductive thing. It’s enough to make people lose their minds. Sounds like this is exactly why the Senju clan had to go."

Howard Stark: "Precisely. When that conflict surfaced, both sides saw the problem. Konoha’s leadership had three options: back down, compromise, or strike first."

Lucas: "But let’s be real—Konoha’s leadership would never choose the first option. They couldn’t just relinquish power. And the other clans wouldn’t tolerate becoming mere vassals under the Senju."

Senju Hashirama: "But why wouldn’t they choose to compromise?"

Lucas: "Hashirama, you're unbelievably naive. Compromise would still mean the leadership is conceding some of its rightful authority to the Senju. But according to Konoha's structure, the true command lies with the village leadership, not any single clan."

Lucas: "From a political standpoint, compromising weakens leadership. It sets a dangerous precedent. If the leadership caves to the Senju, what's to stop other clans from demanding the same? Soon, Konoha would cease to be a unified entity—it’d turn into a loose alliance of clans."

Lucas: "And on a personal level—do you think anyone willingly gives up power once they've tasted it? Even if it's 'for the good of the village,' no one likes to feel like a pawn."

Lucas: "More importantly, trust is a fragile thing. If the leadership and the Senju couldn’t fully trust each other, they’d both be constantly looking over their shoulders, wondering who’d strike first. And you know what's worse than death? The fear of death. That paranoia makes people do crazy things."

Lucas: "So, the leadership chose the third option—they struck first and made sure the Senju clan disappeared."

The explanation hung heavily in the chat, the grim truth sinking in.

Senju Hashirama: "If they just didn’t want the Senju involved in high-level decisions, why not just suppress our political power? Why wipe us out completely?"

Gengetsu Hōzuki: "First Hokage, you’re still as naive as ever. Why did the Senju and Uchiha fight for centuries? Because of hatred. If Konoha’s leadership suppressed the Senju, how would they do it? By killing. And once blood is spilled, the Senju would seek revenge. It’s an endless cycle."

Lucas: "Exactly. The leadership knew that killing off key members of the Senju would ignite a blood feud. And let’s not forget, Konoha's leaders all had their own clans to protect. The only way to ensure the Senju wouldn’t retaliate was to eliminate them entirely."

Lucas: "The only reason Tsunade survived was because she was the First Hokage's granddaughter, a disciple of Third Hokage, and her grandmother Uzumaki Mito was still alive at the time. That’s the only reason she wasn’t caught in the conspiracy."

Senju Hashirama: "Mito… Mito was alive during the Senju clan's destruction? If she was, why didn’t she stop it?"

Senju Tobirama: "Brother, don’t be foolish. Konoha’s leadership wouldn’t have openly slaughtered the Senju. They did it through conspiracies and subtle manipulations. Mito probably didn’t even know—or if she did, she had no proof."

Lucas: "Or… maybe there’s another reason why Uzumaki Mito didn’t intervene."

Senju Hashirama felt a cold shiver run down his spine. "What other reason?"

Lucas: "Remember when you killed Uchiha Madara? You said you’d do anything to protect Konoha. It didn’t matter if it was your brother, your wife, your family, or your children—if they threatened the village, you’d eradicate them without hesitation."

The realization hit Senju Hashirama like a punch to the gut.

Lucas: "What if Uzumaki Mito inherited your will? What if, in her eyes, the Senju clan had become a threat to Konoha? What if… she participated in their suppression?"

Senju Hashirama felt a hollow pit form in his chest.

Lucas: "Second Hokage, when you were in power, you constantly suppressed the ninja clans and uplifted civilian ninjas. Wasn't that just a way to secure Konoha's leadership and ensure no clan could threaten the village hierarchy?"

Lucas: "Your apprentices eliminated the Senju clan. Maybe… just maybe… they were carrying out your will!"

Senju Tobirama: "..."

For once, the sharp-tongued Second Hokage had nothing to say.

Lucas: "Why so quiet, Tobirama? When First Hokage killed Uchiha Madara for the sake of Konoha, you didn’t question it. When Third Hokage eliminated the Senju clan for the same reason, are you suddenly upset?"

Lucas: "You were righteous when you suppressed the Uchiha clan in the name of protecting Konoha, but now that it’s your own clan, it doesn’t sit well with you?"

Lucas: "It’s like that old saying—‘Anyone can sound high and mighty until the knife is pointed at themselves.’”

Uchiha Madara: "Hahahahah….Well said, well said!"

Senju Hashirama: "Madara, shut up! But…"

He paused, his words weighed down by painful realization.

Senju Hashirama: "If I had still been alive then, maybe… maybe I would’ve acted against the Senju clan too. As much as it pains me to admit, protecting Konoha always came first—even over my own family."

Senju Tobirama: "If I’d been alive back then, I would’ve found a better solution! Sarutobi Hiruzen and his lot… they’re trash!"

Senju Hashirama: "But… maybe they were right. Maybe the Senju clan wasn’t entirely blameless. Were they really not deserving of what happened?"

Lucas: "It’s just a possibility based on the facts we have. It’s not necessarily the absolute truth."

Senju Tobirama: "No… I think it’s very possible. After all, the Senju clan was strong—strong enough to make the Konoha leadership uneasy, but… not strong enough to be untouchable."

He elaborated, his analytical mind piecing together the reality. "The Senju clan’s strength made them a threat. They could’ve easily turned Konoha into their personal domain. Don’t say it’s impossible—look at Cloud Village. The Raikage clan dominates there. Every Raikage has come from that family. Outsiders don’t stand a chance."

Senju Tobirama : "But the Senju weren’t strong enough to force submission. If we’d had the power of Hashirama, Konoha's leadership would've backed off. But we didn’t. We were strong enough to be feared, but weak enough to be eradicated."

Lucas : "Exactly. The Senju clan was a looming threat to Konoha, but still within the realm of destruction. That's likely why they were targeted. The same thing happened to Uchiha Shisui."

Lucas: "@Uchiha Shisui, isn’t that right?"

Chapter 110: Naive Shisui and Minato

In the chat group,

Namikaze Minato: “Uchiha Shisui? I feel like I’ve heard that name before… Are you the Uchiha clan’s genius Shisui?”

Uchiha Shisui: “Fourth Hokage-sama, yes. It’s me.”

Namikaze Minato : “You were a well-known teenage prodigy when I was alive. But… how did you end up here?”

Lucas: “What you really want to ask is—how did he die, right? Maybe you should ask who killed him… and at what age.”

Namikaze Minato: “Eh? That’s true. I guess few ninjas live to old age anyway.”

Senju Tobirama : “Fourth Hokage, are you genuinely this naive or just pretending? From the group leader’s tone, it’s clear Shisui’s death wasn’t simple. But what I find strange is—how can one man’s death compare to the entire Senju clan’s demise?”

Namikaze Minato : “Wait… Uchiha Shisui, were you also killed by a conspiracy from Konoha’s higher-ups?”

Uchiha Shisui sighed, his words calm but heavy with regret.

Uchiha Shisui: “I was ambushed by Shimura Danzō, who stole one of my eyes. Then, he and his elite Root operatives finished me off.”

Senju Hashirama sounded genuinely puzzled.

Senju Hashirama :“But why? You’re just one person. That shouldn’t be on the same level as the Senju clan, right?”

Uchiha Shisui : “It was because of my Mangekyō Sharingan ability—Kotoamatsukami. It allowed me to change a person’s will without them realizing it. That’s what Danzō wanted from me… my eye.”

Senju Tobirama: “To manipulate people’s will without them even knowing? That’s a terrifying ability. No wonder the group leader said your death mirrors the Senju clan’s. You could’ve controlled Konoha’s leadership from the shadows.”

Gengetsu Hōzuki: “It’s a frightening power indeed! Mangekyō Sharingan grants a unique ability in each eye, right? So you could’ve used one to control the Hokage and the other to manipulate another key figure… or keep it in reserve. No wonder Konoha wanted you dead.”

Namikaze Minato: “In the end, it’s a matter of trust…”

Lucas: “Trust? This has nothing to do with trust, Minato. It’s about danger. No one wants to be a puppet, controlled by someone else’s will. And Uchiha Shisui had the power to make anyone a puppet.”

Lucas: “Forget about Konoha’s leaders. Even Shisui’s closest friends and family would start wondering—‘Am I doing this because I want to, or because he made me?’ That seed of doubt grows fast, especially when you’re benefiting him.”

Lucas: “I’m not saying people are inherently evil—but people are inherently selfish. That’s a fact you can’t ignore.”

Senju Hashirama: “Selfish?”

Lucas: “Yes. Even you, the so-called God of Shinobi, acted out of selfishness. You ended the Warring State Era, sure. But did you ask everyone if that’s what they wanted? No. You did it for your ideals.”

Senju Hashirama protested weakly,

Senju Hashirama: “Ending the wars was good for everyone!”

Lucas: “Not for everyone. War profiteers? Mercenaries? People whose livelihoods depended on conflict? To them, peace was a curse.”

Senju Tobirama : “That’s just sophistry, group leader.”

Lucas :“Not sophistry. Just facts. Look, is there anyone who doesn’t think of themselves first?”

Senju Tobirama : “Of course not. Who’d be that stupid?”

Lucas : “Exactly. That’s selfishness. And it’s not a bad thing—it’s normal. Selfless people? They’re saints. Everyone else… they put themselves first.”

Senju Tobirama : “So… wanting to eliminate Shisui makes sense. But wait… how did Konoha even learn about his Mangekyō ability?”

Uchiha Shisui : “I told them.”

The chat went dead silent.

Senju Tobirama nearly choked.

Senju Tobirama: “You… what?”

Gengetsu Hōzuki: ”You voluntarily revealed your Mangekyō abilities? Are you insane? Ninjas survive on secrets.”

Uchiha Shisui explained, his tone earnest but naïve.

Uchiha Shisui: “The tension between the Uchiha clan and Konoha was escalating. War was imminent. I approached the Third Hokage, explained my ability, and promised to use it to stop the conflict. I was going to change the Uchiha clan leader’s will, to make him give up on war.”

Senju Tobirama :“And?”

Uchiha Shisui sighed deeply.

Uchiha Shisui: “The Third Hokage agreed. But Shimura Danzō didn’t trust me. He believed if I switched sides, I could destroy Konoha from within. So… he attacked.”

Senju Tobirama shook his head, frustration evident in his voice.

Senju Tobirama : “I don’t even know how to respond to this. You were doing the right thing from Konoha’s perspective, but you were so stupid! I never thought I’d see such a fool in the Uchiha clan.”

Lucas :“Oh, Second Hokage, I’ve got some news that’ll really surprise you. Uchiha Shisui? He’s the grandson of Uchiha Kagami.”

In the chat group, Senju Tobirama was stunned.

Senju Tobirama : “He’s the grandson of Uchiha Kagami? No wonder he’s so dedicated to Konoha! Kagami was my disciple, one of the few Uchiha who truly embraced the Will of Fire. By the way… is he still alive?”

Lucas: “Dead a long time ago. Out of your five apprentices, he was the only one who died. The rest? Either dead weight or parasites feeding off Konoha. Feeling overwhelmed yet?”

Senju Tobirama : “I swear, if I had Raijin no Ken right now, I’d cleanse those useless fools myself!”

Namikaze Minato : “Wait… if Shimura Danzō killed Shisui in secret, then who stopped the Uchiha clan? Did Konoha end up at war with them?”

Uchiha Shisui sounded optimistic, almost naively so.

Uchiha Shisui: “Don’t worry! I managed to escape Danzō’s ambush before I died. I entrusted my remaining eye to my best friend—Uchiha Itachi. He’s a genius on par with me. I’m sure he found a way to bridge the gap between the Uchiha and Konoha.”

Lucas: “Really? I hate to break it to you, but Itachi didn’t live up to your expectations. Your death delayed the Uchiha’s rebellion by two years. But in the end… they couldn’t resist.”

Namikaze Minato: “So the Uchiha still rebelled… If only I hadn’t died back then, maybe I could’ve changed everything.”

Senju Tobirama : “Fourth Hokage, this isn’t your fault. You died trying to suppress the Nine Tails Rebellion. No one can blame you for what happened after.”

Lucas : “Suppress the Nine Tails? That’s not quite how it went down. Sure, Namikaze Minato died because of the Nine Tails, but not in the way you think.”

Senju Hashirama : “What do you mean? Explain it clearly.”

Lucas : “Minato’s wife, Kushina, was the Nine Tails’ Jinchūriki. After the Nine Tails were released during Naruto’s birth, Kushina was doomed. But here’s where Minato made a shocking decision.”

Namikaze Minato : “Lucas, maybe we don’t need to—”

Lucas : “Minato used the Reaper Death Seal—a forbidden jutsu from the Uzumaki clan. He split the Nine Tails’ chakra into Yin and Yang halves, sealing one part in himself and the other in his newborn son, Naruto.”

Gengetsu Hōzuki : “What the hell? I’ve never heard of sealing a tailed beast in parts.”

Lucas : “The Reaper Death Seal specializes in sealing souls. The tailed beasts are chakra manifestations, and their soul resides in their Yin chakra.”

Gengetsu Hōzuki: “A sealing jutsu that targets the soul? That’s new to me. I thought sealing techniques always handled both body and soul together.”

Lucas : “It’s rare. You wouldn’t have encountered it. But here’s the kicker—using the Reaper Death Seal means your soul and the sealed entity’s soul become sacrifices to the Shinigami. Both are devoured.”

Senju Tobirama: “Wait… are you saying Minato chose to die? He wasn’t just killed in battle—he actively sought death?”

Lucas : “Exactly.”

Senju Hashirama : “But why?”

Lucas : “Because his wife died. So, he decided to die too.”

The group fell silent.

Senju Hashirama : “To think… a Hokage would abandon his duties so easily…”

Senju Tobirama: “No sense of responsibility. You were Hokage! You should’ve lived for the village!”

Fire Fist Ace : “What kind of irresponsible father does that?!”

Namikaze Minato tried to defend himself, his voice awkward and strained.

Namikaze Minato: “No! I did it to seal Kushina’s chakra into Naruto’s body. That way… his mother could watch over him as he grew up.”

Fire Fist Ace : So your kid didn’t matter at all, huh?”

Namikaze Minato: “That’s not true! I made him the hero of Konoha. The village would take care of him!”

Gengetsu Hōzuki: “The hero of Konoha? You seriously believed that? You clearly don’t know how Jinchūriki are treated in ninja villages.”

Namikaze Minato: “It’s different! Naruto saved the village by containing the Nine Tails. They’d treat him like a hero!”

Lucas : “Should I call you stupid or just hopelessly naïve? @Uchiha Shisui, why don’t you tell him how Naruto was treated in Konoha?”

Uchiha Shisui hesitated for a moment, then sighed and told the truth.

Uchiha Shisui: “Naruto… wasn’t treated like a hero. The villagers feared him. Hated him. He grew up isolated, ignored, and shunned by nearly everyone.”

Namikaze Minato was silent, the weight of his decisions crashing down on him.

Lucas chuckled darkly. “So much for your ‘hero,’ huh?”
