The park was empty, the night breeze rustling the leaves around me. I walked alone, enjoying the silence, when a blinding light engulfed me. I tried to run, but my feet left the ground. Something was pulling me upward, fast and uncontrollable.
I woke up in a cold, metallic place that made no sense. I wasnβt alone. A tall creature with gray skin and enormous eyes watched me with terrifying calm. Before I could move, something long and cold penetrated me. I screamed, struggled, but it was useless. I felt my belly begin to swell, larger and larger with each passing second, the pain unbearable. My skin stretched, my body bowed under the weight of what they were doing to me.
And then, everything went black.
When I opened my eyes, I was in my bed. βIt was just a dream,β I whispered, trying to calm myself. But when I looked down, I saw it: my belly, enormous and tense, as if I were months pregnant.
I touched my skin, cold and firm under my hands. It wasnβt a dream. The nightmare was real.
