This mod adds the Healthy Reminders trait to the Sims 4.

Compatible with latest patch.
Now requires XML Injector:

Get XML Injector here

Click on your Sim and the Actions menu.

Select Enable Self Checkups to give your Sim the Healthy Reminders trait.

The Healthy Reminders trait will unlock random buffs that remind you to take care of yourself in a variety of ways.

You can also self click on your sim to select different healthy checkups. These will boost the mood of your Sim.

Random Buffs:
-Stay Hydrated
-Stretch Break
-Healthy Snack Time
-Get Some Fresh Air
-Check Your Posture

Self Checkout Interactions:
-Check Your Pulse
-Correct Your Posture
-Perform A Breathing Exercise
-Practice Positive Affirmations
-Stretch Your Eyes

Each interaction will loot a buff and notification.

How To Install
-Unzip file. Keep all files in the folder. Place the folder in your Sims 4 Mods Folder.
-Sims 4 game options, mods and script mods need to be enabled.
-Requires the latest version of Sims 4
-If there isn't a zip file, just download all the files below, place them in a folder, then your Sims 4 mods folder.

Terms Of Use
-Do not claim this mod as your own
-Do not re-upload to any site
-Translations cannot include the mod. Only stringtables.
