Getting Started
Setup your apartment complex by giving it one of the custom venue types below
-Low Income Apartment Complex
-Luxury Apartment Complex
-Condo

Next go into CAS
-Give  your Sim the Apartment Landlord trait located in the lifestyle category.

Now you can purchase one of the custom venues from a computer. (All In One Power PC)

Look for the Apartments Menu

After purchase you can start screening for new tenants.

Plan A Social Event -
This event will allow you to find new tenants, screen them, and earn the first month's deposit if successful.

Known Issues - Some players may have a problem with the social event not ending.  This is an ongoing problem I don't have a solution for.  You can skip the social event and approve or deny Sims you ask to hangout at the lot you're at or get them to travel there with you.  

The Tenant Screening event will require you to use social interactions and phone interactions. Phone interactions are located under a new Verification menu.

When you ask screening questions from the social menu your sim will get happy moodlet for good results or a tense moodlet for negative results.

Use this to decide if you feel good about approving their lease or denying.

Complete all goals within the social event to earn gold.

Phone notification is missing the image.  I will add the image very soon.

When you approve a lease it'll give the Sim the tenant trait.  Denying a Sim will give a notification.  

New Tenants will have the Tenants social menu.   You can communicate with the tenants, use the eviction menu and the screen tenants menu is now behind this parent menu.

The eviction process if very simple.  You can warn them or just evict them.  To make them leave the property you can ask them to leave the rental property.

How To Manage The Apartment Complex
I remove the door assignment to improve mod stability.

I've added a new non goaled social event if you want to spawn all your tenants.  The only issue is the Sims you turn into tenants must be in that world or near by.  If they're not they will not appear selectable in the event.

You do have employees to help you keep up the complex.  Start the work shift will spawn a community manager.  It'll help to have a computer for them to work from.  Landscaper to work the any garden, and maintenance who will roam around.

How To Install
-Unzip file.  Keep all files in the folder.  Place the folder in your Sims 4 Mods Folder.
-Sims 4 game options, mods and script mods need to be enabled.
-Requires the latest version of Sims 4
-If there isn't a zip file, just download all the files below, place them in a folder, then your Sims 4 mods folder.
