Senior Living Mod - I'll be working on this mod today

Sexy Gigs v15 - In progress

Stand-Up Comedian Mod - Adding more ideas and gameplay to the mod. New jokes social interactions, new jokes from the microphone, ability to steal jokes, potentially a comedy routine social event to earn money in comedy clubs.

I've been seeing comments about mods not working or all my mods are broken and when tested they are working.  In most of the cases the problem has been improper installing.  Where there's an issue with unzipping the mod.  However please continue to let me know when you're having any issue.  I will need to check to make sure just in case.  I've created a troubleshooting guide to help but you're still encouraged to let me know anything you need help with.  If a mod is indeed broken I'll either fix it at a later date or leave it unsupported until further notice.

Thursday 2/16
Troubleshooting Guide - Will get this released today.  This guide will help anyone with common issues and mod downloading steps.

Senior Living Mod - next to release.  Most likely in a couple of days.

Ownable Apartments Mod - Releasing a version that does not require you to purchase.  Just setup a generic venue and manage apartments there.

Music Writer Career - Finally fixed all the issues and the mod is complete.  Creating the post and releasing.

Will spend today catching up on content and then focusing on Senior Living Mod.

Tuesday 2/14
Music Writer Career - Hoping to complete and release this morning.  Found several issues that need a fix.  Working on that.  Sorry this mod is taking so long.

Once Music Writer releases I'll start working on Stand-Up comedian and Mixologist career.  I'm going to try and get these out today as well.

Mod Troubleshooting Guide will most likely release in a day or two while working on current mods.

Monday 2/13
Music Writer Career - I tried to figure out how to create custom royalties and I don't understand how it works just yet.  More parts to it than I thought, however I'll add this feature soon as I get it figured out.

Meanwhile Sims will get a lump sum from music writing gigs and music publishing deals.

I'm still wrapping up and will post the mod for download soon as it's completed.

Mod Troubleshooting Guide
I'm getting a lot of reports that some people can't access the mods.  When they download it's just a document.  However when I test the download links within Patreon it works normal with all files included.

What I think is happening is some aren't unzipping the file or something along those lines.  Maybe the unzip program etc.  So I'll be creating a full guide on how to troubleshoot mod installs and making sure you get to play the mods.  Most of the mods are working and all contain required files.

Sexy Gigs Mod v15 - A lot of new content for this update.  Probably the most exciting version for the mod. This update will include HornyFans, Adult Entertainer updates, Perverts, upskirting, spycams, new ownable lots, sex shop vendor stall, misc fixes, and much more.  High potential for a delay but this is my target release date. (Early Access Pixxel Perverts)

A few mods I've rescheduled to allow enough time to properly work on them.  Coven Of Darkness and Functional Lots and Venues Mod.  They're still expected this February but if that changes will let you know.

Senior Living Mod - Description
I've added new gameplay features and hopefully the mod offers a realistic account of what it feels like getting much older.  I also hope there's no overlap with the upcoming Grow Together Expansion Pack.

Health related issues can include arthritis, incontinence, and dementia.  Sims with arthritis will have pain buffs.  Incontinent Sims can purchase functional incontinence underwear and have accidents in the bed. Sims with dementia will have certain interactions grayed out due to reduced abilities.  Custom Introduction interactions will always be present as they'll forget they've met you.

New Wisdom skill. Wisdom is associate with getting older and this skill will give Sims a chance to have levels of wisdom to them.

Elders can now ask for assistance with a number of tasks.  Assistance cooking, cleaning, bathing, and walking.  (I'm still working on these, especially the walking and bathing.  Not all assistance interactions may be included in the released mod)

New venue - Assisted Living Facility

New Rabbithole Career - Walmart Door Greeter.  They can also apply and collect Social Security Retirement.

New Aspiration and social events (In Development)

New NPC Resident Caregiver

Purchase needed prescription medications for included health issues.
