I'll draw them mostly "on model" and not have their shape drastically changed. I like the idea of Juno teasing Legoshi with the idea of the big guy knocking her up with -large- and -healthy- pups. Could have her leaning back against something like a flagpole or bed post, arm wrapped around it and trailing a hand down her stomach.
