This audio has themes of submission, obedience and mindlessness. There are references to resistance play and being unable to help yourself but fall deeper into trance. Fractionation (going in and out of trance) to the pocket watch, the numbers on the clock and the ticking in the background. There is a mantra (it's time to submit) which runs through this one, and while under you can leave anytime if there is an emergency but you know until then you will go along with this. There is a trigger which is when I (or some your trust in a place that is safe and comfortable) say "it's time to submit" you go back into this hypnotized and obedient state.
