Long, slow, teasing, gender and power neutral inductions (beyond of course the slow tease of taking your time before letting is fully drop). Almost bringing us down then slowly bringing is half up until finally letting us down. Without snaps until the wake up. Wow. That may be too specific. Medusa eyes, eye freeze fractionation, like you wear sunglasses (It'd be amazing if you had some of those corny glasses with spirals on it) or never face the camera and you trance us...making us wanting to see your eyes, then you oblige and...frozen and mindless...then you avert the gaze and revert us and again.

What about a heavy body control like walking around the room, performing some humiliating poses, lying on the floor, kneeling with some self-spanking at times as a trigger to wake up for a while before continuing our body control and all this whit an ahegao face.

SO, the deeper you go the more you are controlled but the less you know about that.

Maybe a mass mind control scenario where the subject is told that if they start having doubts, a voice in the back of their mind will remind then that they can’t be hypnotized/brainwashed, and the deeper the subjects go, the more convinced they are that they can’t be controlled.
