Background Brainwashing Loop: Suggestibility Training

After the huge response over the Background Brainwashing Loop, I decided to make another one based on of the commenters who asked for suggestibility training!

Like the first one this is a file that is to be played in the background, but unlike that one this one has a couple of sneaky little suggestions for you to follow in order to practice suggestibilty while in a state of trance. So, this is perfect for working or doing chores or just listening to in the background as long as you have NOTHING IMPORTANT TO DO. That's very important. Please do not do this file while driving, operating heavy machinery or anything that needs your full attention.

SUGGESTIONS: This is a suggestibility training file so all the suggestions it discusses are about being better at taking hypnotic and post hypnotic suggestions. It also has a couple (all are about placing your hand on your head, very simple) to show you how easy it can be to follow commands. It also discusses the variety of ways you might respond to suggestions while in trance, whether that be while consciously knowing about it or not. Eventually over time with practice it might go from one to the other. It also has mention of who you might be suggestible to, being clear that your mind knows what is a reliable source or not, and how people you trust make you more suggestible because why would you not do what they ask of you?

(P.S I have attached a WAV file version of this which is better quality than the MP3 attached, this is something I will do from now on as my new set up and new laptop [THANKYOU!!] has shown some of the imperfections with the audio I wasn't happy with.)
