This file is a traditional style resistance induction where you try and resist and I will convince you to fall. Sounds simple enough right?
Target Audience
This is fairly general except there is mention of grasping hands tightly so if this is going to cause a issue for you this may not be the video for you.
Suggestions
In this file there are no explicit new suggestions, just you trying to resist relaxing and me trying to convince you otherwise.
