I ran across a couple of amnesia files recently employing an interesting technique of delimiting the amnesia and I found it quite effective, knowing to be ready to forget ahead of time. A made up example could be, "memory off" .. insert fun stuff, train triggers etc, ... "memory on".

A board game fantasy audio file: The file starts with you inviting over "Hey...I am glad you came...to try the new game! It's a very naughty version of the tour of the goose game" you drop us and with a dice rolling sound you guide us saying "Oh...box 4: I get to drop you 5 times ", "Box 17 : You can caress yourself until I snap my fingers..." And so on...maybe some 'bad' things" Like...all arousal vanishing into submission" And the final , goal box can be an orgasm or whatever you find more suitable.
