Hi! Did you tried open .blend file? And what version od Blender do you have? It's for cycles 3.6 and higher

2024-11-29 08:16:44 +0000 UTCHeya ! I am having some issues with Gwen's eyes and her eyelashes as when I tried to import her into Blender , her eyes and eyelashes were both greyed out and I could not fix it.
