Wayne

Back when I introduced Wyatt, his bio said that his dad was the mayor. Eventually it come to my realization that I would need a design for said dad and that's how Wayne came to be.

Wayne to me is a more of a background player, but a huge influence in his community nonetheless. While others might overlook and ignore him, they can't deny he's very damn good at his job! Despite his stature, he rarely receives a second glance from anyone. He's become used to it and so he's usually holed up in his office working or making the rounds near the local community center.

Wayne puts his everything into his family and has a great relationship with his kids, Wyatt and Willow, they might think he's a cringy cornball, but they still love him and appreciate his efforts.

Making friendships is no easy feat for him, he's an awkward man who struggles to connect with new people. He does have friends he considers the closest to his heart; Junpei, Richter and Griffin! They're his son's former best friends' dads after all! Wyatt's expulsion from his own friend group had no impact in how close Wayne is to his old time buddies, even if he feels anxious about the whole situation. He's also got more casual friends in the Community Center directors, Teddy and Isaac (Who??!).

For his sex life it felt appropriate to make him more of a lowkey participant, so many men in Dion Falls are absolute horndogs, maybe the man in charge of it all should think more with the head on top of his shoulders! So while he won't be excluded from future comics or sexy hijinks, it might be in scenarios where he's with someone he's comfortable with. Like a certain white haired young man!

Roy

Roy had a subtle evolution as time passed. I noticed that I was making all the son characters shy, meek and awkward; Nico, Julien, Roy, Cliff and Oddie. That had to change!

Roy's changes came with a more defined build, I gave him more of a "twunk" body to fit his change in personality as well. If all the younger guys were shy, he was going to be the opposite! Outgoing, loud, flashy and hooooooorny (must run in his blood!). So while the likes of Julien or Nico have sexy scenarios stumble upon them, Roy would purposefuly cruise and seek them out.

Still I wanted him to have a dorky side to contrast his horniness and that's why I went for the cryptid hunter streamer aspect. Sure, he has social media where he posts his sexual conquests, but what truly drives him is showing the existence of the Cider Bay Beast!!

I like him coming across as a goofball, more playful characters lend themselves to more diverse scenarios I think! So now he's not confined to just his nursing job and any antics that could happen at a hospital. He could be hunting for cryptids anywhere and finding sexy daddies instead.

When it comes to his personality, Roy hates conflict and avoids it at all costs, even if it's to his detriment. There's a reason why he's the only one of the friend group who still talks to Wyatt (Behind Julien and Junior's backs!). He always means well, but he might spread himself thin trying to get everyone to get along, he'll lie and accept blame for things he didn't do if he feels the need to!

Roy might have the hots for almost anyone he encounters, but his holy grail is definitely Wyatt's dad. He's desperate for Wayne to notice him... and be inside of him.
