2025-07-10 19:42:03 +0000 UTCHave u tried breathing in with ur mouth like ur sucking on a straw and then without letting the air out breath in with ur nose and rinse and repeat while also drinking water or whatever drink that you like. We suggest water cause it's the safest option. Also do u have a partner to help u in your bloats?
