The collapsible wagon made me laugh out loud.
We use the same to take walk with our young kid. It is indeed the best equipment anyone can have

For those unfamiliar with southern Alberta, the key words in that video were "gentle breeze". The average wind speed is usually about a five thousand kilometers per hour. Days of gentle breezes are very nice.

There are actually bits of Calgary with trees in them, I promise! (Though nothing like Ontario). I really do think the Rockies are worth the kind of mediocre trees though.* There’s nothing else in the world like them. And the big sky is really something else too.
*assuming you don’t get migraines from the weather pressure systems they cause. Then the Rockies are a bitch.

You should follow up the water video with a geology one! Also I hear a yellow Warbler and a Savannah Sparrow at the end 🐦

It's actually Saskatchewan (every province but SK and AB touches sea level.)
The funny thing is that their lowest points are the same geological feature straddling the AB/SK border: Lake Athabasca and the Slave River. The lake is mostly on the SK side, and the Slave River drain is on the AB side, so the lowest point in Saskatchewan is Lake Athabasca, right at the Alberta border.

I mean... if you're a nerd for anything and you aren't utilizing collapsible carts and wagons (and crates and boxes) to haul all your crap from place to place... are you really a real nerd tho?

Really pretty stuff! Also really enjoyed the song that plays during the panning shots of the greenery. It reminds me of Brian Eno’s “By This River.” What’s it called?

In the spirit of the great Canadian band Moxie Fruvous, which province has the highest lowest point? Putting my chips on Alberta.

The highest point in Calgary is 1989 when the Flames won the cup. The lowest point is 2000 when Bret Hart retired.

That's the same collapsible wagon I have, and I just broke it out this week to carry 6 cubes of coco fibre snake substrate. It is a good wagon.

My downward opinion on Calgary probably stem mostly from my uncle who lives there and I care very little for. As a native northern Ontarian, I fear my need for trees and hills would drive me crazy. Is the proximity to the Rockies worth it?

I don't know how you live with that view of the mountains always there. It's stunning, and I feel like it would have some sort of permanent effect on my brain if I could see a sight like that whenever I look west. Idk what though. Maybe I should ask people who live in Denver the same question...
