starting the GMTK game jam in earnest tomorrow when my team gets into town, so quantifica is gonna be a little late this month. meantime, here's this.
this was fun to make. not going in the books as a top 10 most fun video, but I enjoyed myself. I kept picking it back up when I had an hour or two free. I had an idea of how to approach it, spent some time on it, and the next day didn't wanna touch it. so I abandoned that idea and went this way instead. no one was expecting anything specific. there was no deadline. nothing was riding on it financially. and I enjoyed myself.
but for the occasional editing I do here and there on the Adventure Game Tier List (Willow does most of it), this is the most concentrated video work I have done since South Bank of the Rubicon. and making videos has not been fun since long, long before that. (think I determined the FPS Arsenal video was the last time my job was fun, or at least the last time a fun project got finished.)
so. not for nothing, but this was fun. I needed that.
