I'm sorry the past few months have been so difficult. But I really enjoy your content and I'm glad you haven't let these past few months dissuade you from creating.

I'm in awe of your description of Wicked; it's perfect.

I've always posited that the musical is Elphaba's dying fever dream of like... her life flashing before her eyes with rose coloured glasses basically.

Love the Beetlejuice The Musical The Musical The Musical shirt and the 3 Axiom's End books on the shelf. Will always be down to watch Lindsay talk about Phantom in any capacity

My gateway to musicals obsession was Notre Dame De Paris back when I was 14, a this point I guess Hugo wrote novels that could easily be adapted for music. Didn't he also adapt some of his own works for theater too?

I remember reading Wicked in High School after getting into the musical. Talk about tonal whiplash XD. There was was some weird shit in that book. Date rape, precocious child sexuality, and that one random scene in the bestiality club everyone likes to pretend never happened

Oh no you don't. Go back and stick the landing.

"It's finally come to this," as if this hasn't been your thinly-veiled goal from the outset. Excellent watch, as ever.

The inevitable "musical episode," indeed. But relevant! And good!

Karel P Kerezman
