Nexstar Station is in the Epstein Files
Added 2025-12-24 06:00:07 +0000 UTCWell here is an interesting twist on regards to the DOJ's small release of the Epstein files.
It appears that a document from a Nexstar station is in the files. Well, technically, the station is a Mission Broadcasting station, which is the sidecar company that is run by Nexstar.
Looking at file EFTA00001349 in the Epstein documents, you find this photo from WVNY in Burlington, Vermont.

If you look at the document, you will see the station employee's name has been blacked out, but the call letters are clearly visible. The contents of the document have also been redacted.

As you zoom into the document, it appears to show the words "US Broadcast Group." In 1995, Citadel sold WVNY to U.S. Broadcast Group of Wakefield, Rhode Island, which was formed to buy mid-market TV and radio stations.
Mission acquired WVNY in 2013 after Nexstar purchased WFFF.
The WVNY–WFFF news departments were merged together and are operated under Nexstar.
Nexstar/Mission did not own the station when above document was received into the Epstein estate.
FTVLive looked at WVNY website to see if there was any mention of the station showing up in the Epstein files and we did not find any mention of it.
We did see a story about files that first appeared in the Epstein files, but then were deleted.

The WVNY photo can still be seen in the files at this link. Can you see a portion of the name at the top of the document, but most of it has been blacked out.
We're not sure how many local TV stations have a document in the Epstein files, but we are doubting that Nexstar will be promoting the fact that one of their stations is mentioned.
Stay tuned...

Not a document. If you look closer it looks like a VHS tape, so my guess is that it was a dub of some sorts.
