What Do You Notice About this Sinclair Station?

Looking at the staff at this Sinclair station, there are two things that really stand out, at least to me.
Check out the "meet the team" page at Sinclair's KIMA in Yakima, Washington. See if you can spot something.
First off, if you're looking for a Black person, you are not going to find one. When the Trump Administration got rid of DEI, it appears that KIMA was all in on that.
But you may also notice that there is not a single female on staff either. You can't tell me that not a single woman didn't apply for a job at the station.
KIMA is made of just of white dudes and I have a feeling, Sinclair would love to see this same setup at more of their stations.
