You Must Waive Your Rights to Watch Streams of Nexstar Stations

It appears that Nexstar wants you to waive most of your rights if you want to watch streams of their stations.
If you start streaming a Nexstar station's newscast, you likely will get a popup after just a few minutes of viewers. Here is the popup that appeared while watching Nexstar's KDVR in Denver.

Nexstar makes you sign in and create an account to watch live news. It also makes you agree to a waiver in which you agree to give up all your rights which includes a jury trial waiver and class action waiver. Here is a link to Nexstar's terms of use. The top line reads:
"THESE TERMS OF USE WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THE USE OF CLASS ACTIONS."
You also must agree to Nexstar's privacy policy, which does not keep your information very private. In the Nexstar policy you see lines like this, "We may disclose your Personal Information to third parties who are not covered by this Privacy Policy (e.g., advertisers, marketers, retailers, non-profit organizations, participatory databases) that want to market products or services to you."
Basically, they can give your information to anyone they want and there isn't much you can do about it. And, don't even think about possibly suing them, as you agreed to waive that right when you signed up.
My advice? Don't sign up to stream Nexstar content.
Just saying...
