For supporters using Paypal
Added 2024-03-22 13:23:51 +0000 UTCSo, as you may know already, Mastercard, Visa, Paypal, whatever these low life money handlers are, have some fake puritan ax to grind with creatives that market their works as 18+. They are the ones responsible for Patreon going nuts as well as other sites that once hosted abdl or other content without batting an eye. Instead of doing what Patreon and others have done and force creators out, Fanbox is dropping Paypal as a support for those creators.

In their position this is a savvy move and one I can respect to a degree. That said if you currently support me using Paypal or were looking to do so, you still can, you'd just use whatever card you have directly. I know that the majority of my content could be argued isn't even 18+ when you get down to it, but it is still within a fetish community and could be seen as outside acceptablity, so I'll always mark my content as mature to play it safe and not be that guy. So really, no changes to speak of, just adjust payment methods if you want to support. Look forward to more crinkly stories. ^_^
