what worked for me when 3d print molding is printing a gasket with 85A TPU and placing that with a bit of vaseline in between the two halves. This made a leak proof mold for me that I used for 5 consecutive times without any problems

Or you could 3D print a mold, that makes a final silicone mold, and that's what you use going further. At least that's what i saw online as the most optimal way to do this
