2025-06-28 01:27:48 +0000 UTCThe ‘computer unit’ thing you opened at 9:34 (labeled P/I in the diagram) is indeed for the horn as well as other things, think of it as a combo fuse unit. You can try to repair the unit yourself or get a replacement unit from Toyota or a junk yard. The ‘S-HORN’ fuse and relay is for a security system that his car probably doesn’t have (S-HORN is Security Horn).
