Also I'm sorry to anyone trans when I'm like. Actually a cis woman. Complaining about how I'm being clocked as a woman. Clocking for me is super weird because people can be absolutely correct but get pissed about it anyway. When I'm read as my own cis ass gender but it's offensive is... an adventure. And something I think is a Cis problem. My trans brothers and sisters are fine with my pronouns and life choices, my cis shitty cousins are pissy that I won't just Gender Correctly. Well fuck them trans all you like everybody. Bi is just extra credit.

@Bisexuality convo: I previously identified as bi for around 4 years, now I'm out as a lesbian since 2019. And tbh, nothing much has changed for me personally. I do believe there is a specific bigotry for each two, but the lines are more blurry than is often discussed. The people not believing you and that you are secretly straight didn't really change for me at all. I think this probably the intersection of misogyny and queerphobia that @India Kotis is talking about. When I was identifying as bi there wasn't much hostility against me in the queer community, but I think this was also because the queer spaces I knew had bi people as a majority (I am absolutely sure it's exist though!! not that anyone misunderstands this). So yeah, it's interesting to me how experience can vary so much from person to person

Hey, hopping on to give my two cents on the bisexuality convo. I'm a cis woman who's had long-term, serious relationships with both men and women. I always found biphobia against bi women to be really misogynist. The assumption seems to be that bisexual women don't have deeply meaningful, powerful romantic relationships with a woman--at least not to the same level, or in the same way she can with men. In other words, many people will consciously or subconsciously assume that bisexual women's romantic experiences with men are more legitimate than her relationships with women. Which is inaccurate, condescending, and wildly frustrating. AND misogynist.
