BTS/Outtakes: Cringe

Here's my first attempt to produce a "behind-the-scenes mini-doc"—the new reward for 5+ patrons. I decided to combine the outtakes and BTS stuff into a single video, and I think it works pretty well. Originally I was planning to have someone else film me as I worked, but that turned out to be impractical for this one due to COVID. So I basically just vlogged the process myself. I hope you like it and think this is good Patreon content! To me it's an accurate record of the psychedelic loneliness of producing this video over several weeks of isolation while recovering from COVID and a major depressive episode.
In future BTS vids I'll try to show other parts of the process too: writing vlogs maybe, or actually building the sets, putting costumes together, doing my makeup, more detail of the editing. Let me know if there's anything in particular you'd like to see next time!
I am working on another video now, by the way. It's about a topic relevant to current events, so I've paused a bit to try and read the rapidly-changing room, but I'm feeling ready to dive back into work.
I'll also be doing the June AMA later this week!

It's a different kind of magic! Sort of like featurettes where we learn how the sound designer or the VFX team makes their contributions to a film or TV show. That stuff is so cool!

Disillusion the majesty of your perfectly curated stages with hallways of clutter and bedrooms transformed into closets of wigs and plushies.
