Raidbots and the Patreon Service Fee

Loving the tool. I do hope you'll find a way to improve the scalability of the system especially given how BFA requires much more iterations than Legion with the messy Azerite gear system.

Im having the same problem and its been two days i upgraded to epic and its still showing me as being heirloom please help me fix this lol

It can take up to 30 minutes. Looks like your user got bumped up about 15 minutes ago!

how long does it take to update? i changed from rare to epic but it says im still on rare :S

Legendary only ever got a small bump to queue priority. Iterations and time limit have been the same as Epic for quite a while (so the recent changes to Epic apply the same way to the "legacy" legendary patrons). I unpublished that reward months ago as it didn't seem valuable/supportable. I _think_ I messaged legendary patrons when I changed it but it's possible I intended to and just totally flaked. You should probably drop down to Epic tbh (unless you're just happy at supporting me at the higher level). If you weren't aware of the changes, PM me and I can refund you.

Do legendary patreons not get anything specific?

I would recommend checking out donorbox.org. I saw a video from Lon Seidman on Youtube (lon.tv) about him moving to donorbox as suggested means of support because of the new structure that penalizes the small donor by super high fees based on percentage (donate $1 its a 38% fee, donate $5 its a 10% fee). I am rethinking my support based upon this decision since it is automatic and will not require an opt-in from donors smacks of over-reaching control. In US we do not pay the credit card fees directly it is a fee charged to the merchant not customer for the ease and security of the payment, if a merchant doesn't want to pay the fee they can choose not take that form of payment, they accept it because it gives the merchant more payment security and customers more options to pay which leads to more customer purchases.

At first, I didn't get what the real world changes are that Patreon was doing but now that I do, I'm super appreciative of what you're doing in response to the Patreon changes. Thanks for your work on Raidbots and thanks for looking after your supporters!
