I'll be doing my "June" AMA patron stream tomorrow, July 3 at 8pm ET (there will be a second July stream later this month) . The stream will be archived here as always for those who miss it live.
Use the comments on this post to submit a question you want to ask me, and I'll answer it on the stream! Oh and please try to compress questions to *a couple lines of text* so I don't spend too much time reading out preambles on stream.

What are some of the the "edge" cases, in your opinion, defining the boundary between situations where someone's boundaries should be completely respected, and situations where they should be encouraged to expand their horizons? Is there a coherent ethic, not just for respecting others, but also for inspecting the genesis of one's own "comfort zone"?

Most my students support me or just go "Huh. Ok." What is the right balance to strike between being a positive trans role model for the next generation, while keeping my livelihood intact?
