Adventurer Tier scheduling changes

If you recall, back in February, we tried out some changes for the Adventurer tier mixing in Encounters exclusive months alternating with quest exclusive months. With the end of the prior six-month timeline and feedback amongst lead contributors, we've decided to continue rotating in additional encounter months to allow for more time, attention, and complexity to individual quests. For example, Nova's Magical Girl Academy quest is currently at 106 pages (so far!), continuing the trend of longer quests that introduce multiple new forms and maps.
The encounter months are lighter and more manageable as they focus on smaller, more specific encounters with fun rewards and allow more development time to go toward core gameplay mechanics. Equally importantly, this change also gives us time to work on main storyline quests such as Spelunking for the Signet. Progressing further in the main story will open new regions, such as the snowy mountain roads and desert expanse, expanding the thematic variety of quests and unit variety. This is gameplay essential for a 1.0 release with a complete main story, while the kind of side quests that win in polls could continue to be added in as optional side quests while interest in Restoration holds.
This change will also allow for us to add in Companion quests (Aros Starchime doesn't have any yet, and Willow has had art ready for her second companion quest for months now without time to work on the writing aspect).
We will revisit the timeline in December.
