New game features
- Companions now have a list of disliked and hated forms that affect their relationship with the player
-- Disliked forms lose .1 relationship every 6 hours
-- Hated forms lose .3 relationship every 6 hours
-- There is a 12 hour grace period between when a companion gains a form and when they start to actually lose relationship
-- Added a campaign customization setting that can reduce or increase the relationship hit, including disabling this feature entirely (0.0x penalty modifier)
-- Companions do not lose relationship due to a disliked form when they are not in the party, so leaving them in a tavern or having them depart the party will exempt them from this penalty until they are returned
-- The party sidebar panel displays blue down-arrow icons for companions in a disliked form. One arrow indicates disliked, two arrows indicates hated
-- The companion relationship breakdown panel states when a companion is is in a disliked or hated form, as well as the total relationship loss from it
--- Note that this value is always rounded to the nearest integer value when displayed or calculated as a final relationship score
-- Applying transformation potions or using a transformation reversing NPC's services on companions automatically update the liked/disliked forms icon on the sidebar
New game content (quests/writing/art/etc):
- Added an outer, circular trigger zone for the Sword in the Grass quest that helps point the player to the correct location as it was too easy to miss it
- Expanded on the battle loss text in Sky Sisters battle with Chikkit and Brokita
-- If the unbirthing tag is enabled, a few more paragraphs of more explicit text are displayed before the endgame. If it is disabled, these are skipped and the player moved straight to the endgame as in 0.11.0
Miscellaneous:
- The endgame panel now supports art definition ids, permitting the display of NSFW alt artwork such as in the Meeky's tail endgame
- Added a red warning panel on title screen that displays when the game is installed in a directory containing the "OneDrive" substring
-- This is meant to give early warning to players who may have downloaded, extracted, and began playing the game within a OneDrive network-synchronized folder. The synchronization process causes file permission errors and is known to make the game break by failing to load text or data files
-- If this panel launches when you believe it shouldn't, please submit your Player.log file on Discord so we can try to better refine the conditions for when this warning launches
- Tweaked some of the alt-hold-to-highlight particles that show up to make them more distinct according to what they are highlighting
-- Resource nodes emit green leaf-shaped particles
-- Door unlocking zones emit blue key-shaped particles
-- Loot containers emit white coin-shaped particles
-- Popup dungeons emit pale orange skull-shaped particles
-- Points of interest / docks / crafting stations / map connectors / all other interactable map objects use the same yellow diamond particles as in the 0.11.0 release (this will likely change in the future)
- The player creation screen when starting a new game now has a button that opens up the theme tags panel instead of solely through the escape panel
-- This occurs whether the game starts on North Shore or on the Enchantress' Island
