Changes to the business method

It used to be a one-time purchase only on Itch. Since some people asked me to make the game available here on Patreon as well, from now on you can:
subscribe to one of the patreon tiers to access the latest build and support me over time
buy the game here as a one-time purchase at a higher price with all the (major) intermediate builds
Of course, those who have already purchased on Itch don't have to do anything, they already have the full game.
