2025-10-23 20:49:11 +0000 UTCSubaru's speech here is the 2nd best speech in the series to this point. And there have been a bunch of good ones for sure. At around the 13:00 mark in your reaction we see Echidna give her the book. She never says where she got it, hints that she had been following it's instructions, was passing it along incomplete, and that it was a replica the Authority granted to her. Now it could be a translation thing, but that could mean her authority as witch, or a different person who gave it to her. The destruction of the books will have much more significance than it appears way down the line I bet.

2025-10-23 00:02:53 +0000 UTCYou probably noticed that Shiima's voice changed for a second when she was thinking to herself. I'm very good with voices and I know for certain that voice belonged to Echidna. If you remember, Shiima was the one that went to get Garfiel from the graveyard, when he did the trials when he was a child. I believe the witch posessed the Shiima clone or something like that and now she's free probably, but who really knows. I also wonder what happened to the crystal Ryuzu was in and where she went with it. Another mystery for the future I guess. I can't prove anything I said just now, but that's what I believe. The library is a separate dimension that Betty can "connect to" one door or another. She connected the library to the doors of the mansion, like Echidna told her to. My heart breaks for Betty. She never needed to wait for someone to come and rescue her. She had to do that for herself. She had to choose herself who that person will be for her. I'm happy she's free now.
