Pretty sure it was already mentioned that Satella was sealed, so not sure how that would work. Love to see the finale come to a close and everything come together in a nice, well thought out plan! But, it wouldn't be Re:Zero if something didn't go wrong in the end... Really cool seeing Julius and Subaru come together and defeat Petelguse though. Back during the moment they were in the castle with other royal candidates, Emilia did say that she wanted to be the ruler to make the country a better place for everyone. I think that's just because of her being discriminated against because of her looks. Doubt there's any real deeper reason for it. Overall it's a great ending. Back when season 1 finished airing, we didn't get the after-credit scene, so it ended on a pretty solid note, having everything wrapped up. I was super happy when season 2 was announced and then later it aired. But the wait was worth it. They put even more love into season 2 than they did into season 1. To answer your question about Satella's voice, I am 99% sure it was the same voice actress as Emilia's, just slightly changed to be more echo-y. I thought it was done intentionally to add more to the resemblance that Emilia has to her.

So when they added it when I rewatched it I was freaking out haha I loved season 1 a lot had many memorable moments Subaru growth is showing But there’s still long ways to go. Season 2 will be mystery, world building, character depth.
