haha Rem's change in attitude was surprising π She and Ram are so adorable π wow I never linked the sculptures to the events of the show!! yea subaru's head falling off π± oh thank you so much for explaining the part about what Puck said to Emilia! I started doubting Emilia I questioned if she is using Subaru but no way she is a nice girl π₯Ή So that's what it is! yes all these incidents happened because of the Election and wanting Emilia to drop out, I mean we have now the witchcult, I don't yet know their motives fully but it seems like so many things/people are after her, and Subaru needs to clean up the mess and fix everything. π

I also love how cute and wholesome Rem is now, let's just not think about what happened before and how she tried to kill Subaru. Love all the wholesome moments during the snow festival and the moments after. Especially nice were the sculptures that alluded to the story but I won't go into much about that, since that would be a bit spoiler-y. The kids' sculpture with the head falling off, yeah, since you've now past episode 15, you can probably tell what that was alluding to... Also all the comments about Subaru, like how he would be a person that would probably reach for alcohol in hopes of looking cool and how Emilia described him as loud and rowdy (and more importantly, younger than 18) goes to also show how everyone sees Subaru as someone who is still immature, especially given how he acts. It's not something I'm making fun of him for, but I think it's obvious Subaru is trying to constantly show off or look cool, like a kid (even at the start, talking in English like it's a movie, dressing up like he's on a secret mission etc; I know it all also makes the show more funny/silly but let's be real, how Subaru acts is not how normal behaved adults would act). I know that a lot of viewers have actually dropped the show because of how Subaru acts and I just think that it's something that is intentionally added into the story to make him look a certain way. If you look at it from a writing standpoint, it also is something he could overcome and become better as a character. Finally, what Puck said at the end there "The wound on his belly, the wound he got when the witch bit him..." was translated wrong. He said "Majuu" which means "Mabeast", where as "Majo" would be "Witch". The "Ma" part of both words comes from kanji ι that is used to mean demon, evil spirit or something supernatural. "Juu" means beast or animal depending on the context and "Jo" here means woman or female, like used in the words "Jousei" or "Kanojo". More importantly, Puck does seem to worry about Subaru here a bit too much and if he would stay with Emilia after a year or not, I think he meant it as: if all of this was because of Emilia, he might eventually leave her to not have these things happen to him. I think he's being a bit too harsh on Emilia, making her shoulder all of those emotions by telling her that all that happened to Subaru was because of her. It does make sense that he would be worried though, given that he doesn't know how far Subaru has gone (and will go) for Emilia. Sorry for the long post!
