I wanted him to be more aggressive that merchant really made me angry 😑

Makoto is such a bitch. He always spreads his cheeks and let his ops clap it and never does anything about it. This episodes completely turns me against makoto. I cant stand soft naive mc's like him. So what he occasionally gets mad and kills off some extra characters. He never does it when it really matters. He spouts some bullshit about overlooking demons doing shit to hyumans and then immediately gets mad at demons for doing shit to hyumans. Makoto really pisses me off more than any other ridiculous villains in this story.

I don't know much about this stuff, so that was insightful! I guess hyumans or humans can really be trash in stories and real life😭

Yeah that merchant pissed me off as well. He speaks about how "a good merchant would never do that", yet that ahole uses the most underhanded methods to force new merchants to do their bidding, otherwise it's game over. Though it's really no different in real life. The free market is nothing more than a façade. Major corporations have all kinds of systems set up and everyone that doesn't cooperate gets blacklisted and will be unable to do business with most other companies. And those other companies that do bend the knee would get blacklisted for doing business with those blacklisted companies, so their hands are tied like that. One of the results what they set up is pretty much the whole ESG system. It's being sold standards for pro-consumer and pro-human company policies and products, but it's really nothing more than a system that's used to gain control over what other companies are allowed to do and what they aren't allowed to do. I do suppose the good news is that the amount of companies that isn't willing to comply with it is growing I guess, though they tend to have niche products aimed at niche audiences.
