Funimation had 2 types of dubs. 1. The early version right when they took over after Ocean dub(vegeta voice is lighter and characters speaking more heroic than intended. 2. The redub when they began to air on Toonnami back in 2001/02. But some episodes will have a blend. But the kai version is dubbed the way the manga had intended the story to be. Like goku speaks more about himself than think heroic like.
