2025-04-04 05:33:49 +0000 UTCIts been sort of diffcult to tell in early seasons about walts manipulations, but here its very out in the open and you can see how he is making moves against gus fring but he's also exploiting jesse's vulnurbilities and manipulating him. That is why jesse had that look on his face full of fear, confusion and a sudden realization , when walt said "I saved your life, are you going to save mine" Jesse knew at that point that walt is kind of playing him. This is the crossroads of jeese and walts fate, where walt continues to "break bad" and jesse wants out. You have to remember, killing someone for him is not a very easy task and murder has never been in jesse's heart.
