I think sometimes it’s not necessarily about how goofy things are or if they make sense, did it entertain me. Not saying I don’t care about consistency in writing and narrative but it’s not the end all be all when I rate shows or even movies and manga. I appreciate your breakdown though, but I really enjoyed Ozark even though I didn’t really like the ending. Once I finish Breaking Bad though, maybe I’ll agree with you😂

2025-01-16 18:40:13 +0000 UTCOzark is ok, had a very strong start with S1 and S2 was not to bad but quickly derailed into nonsensical character relationships and choices that were so premature in the later seasons. The 70 year old women darlene with wyatt made no sence and im sure people know how that little arc ended. Also Wendy was the character inspired by breaking bad but the actions and descisions she made were a little to micky mouse. That show can't even compare to the direction and character nuanced writing of breaking bad. No insult to people that like ozark, im just speaking my mind and opinion on it.
