Shogun E10 (Finale)
Added 2024-07-26 15:00:11 +0000 UTCA good show with several characters to root for and hate however the culmination felt a bit lackluster even though the impact was supposed to minimally invasive. Toranaga remains a standout but i'm left a bit puzzled by some character motivations. A good show, but probably won't revisit.

2024-07-27 03:07:51 +0000 UTConly reason i understand the motivations is cuz they established early how “duty” is highly important to them and they are willing to sacrifice or kill themselves if that isn’t or can be fulfilled, which was ajins problem with how they lived and went about things, and i liked that dichotomy between perspectives even tho i agree more with ajins

Mariko being crimson sky wraps up she character pretty nicely, she understood what she had to do and she got that she wanted. Also Yabushige not getting the amazing death he wanted after all that scheming is a fitting end. Overall enjoyable show for me.
