I actually did a school project about the Bermuda Triangle. Very fascinating stuff imo. I love these kind of videos, and hope to see more of them in the future

2023-04-14 15:12:15 +0000 UTCI love the drama and air of mystery they put in those videos. It's very creative! But the reality is so much more mundane as to be entirely boring. The rate of disappearances and incidents within the triangle is exactly on par with the norm. "Statistically speaking" and "for some" are just ways of saying that there is absolutely nothing special about this region, but we don't want the audience to focus on that. The sensationalism from the past, which put a focus on the region, means that any new incident there draws more attention in a sort of feedback loop. But hey, it's fun to tell entirely fictional scary stories around a camp fire at night, so do enjoy those stories! :D Just know that it's nothing special.
