The Golden Deers group animation has been complete for a while now, and I’m currently waiting on the VAs to finish their parts. The animation is 5:30 minutes long with three different variations. The VAs have been working on it for almost two weeks, so I’m hoping it’ll be done soon and ready to release either this week or next week.
Since finishing the Golden Deers animation, I’ve been working on models and environments for upcoming projects. One of these is the latest poll winner: Poppi from Xenoblade Chronicles 2.
I’ve prepared both her QT and QTπ forms as models. The QTπ model will be the main focus for animating, while the QT model will be a bonus if I can make it work with the planned scenes. I’ve also set up Tora’s Home as the environment for her animation.


I was planning to start animating Poppi right away, but I’ve decided to shift focus slightly to align with another project. I want to release an animation for Elma (Xenoblade X) around the same time the game drops.
To prepare for Elma’s animation:
I’ve gathered all available Elma models: her original X model, her true form (spoilers, so I won’t show it), and her XC2 model.
Once I can access her new DE model, I’ll prepare that as well.
The plan is to use the B.L.A.D.E. Barracks as the environment, and I’ve already started setting up some sections for it.
The goal is to have her animation ready by early April.
