Deep Dive Q&A: House Tarkanan!

I'll start with a 20-30 minute discussion and then take questions from the audience. In "The Son of Khyber", it's shown that several members of House Tarkanan, such as Brom and Whisper, have what appear to be "always on" versions of their powers. This differs significantly from how such powers have been represented mechanically in D&D. How would you approach including such abilities in your game if someone wanted to play an aberrant-marked character with such a power and you were onboard with it?
