i really hope you are not against his design. Waste never was a villain but more or less a victim of circumstances and i always planned to have him come along on skorns adventurers as a partner or date even. The more i wrote the story the more i tought on how many complications that would bring even in a world filled with monsters. So i tought why not make him a diffrent look without the skull but he kept looking cute with many designs so i just ran with it. If i ever continue this story its gonna be funny when theres people trying to harm him and he just goes full on "uncondenced" mode~
