Upgrade on some tier benefits

Starting from September, there'll be some upgrades on the tier benefits.
TL;DR - Starting from September there'll be some upgrades on tier benefits. Model and Gentleman sims will be partly-exclusive to 3rd tier first (EA before 2nd tier), and then 2nd tier later. After month ends, they will be added to shop (just like monthly gifts). Model and Gentleman sims will no longer become public. More details can be found below. Both 3rd and 2nd tiers will still have access during the said month, as usual.
***Changes in detail:
--Before/Currently:
Tier 3 gets access to monthly modeling and gentleman sims 4 weeks earlier than 2nd tier (5th of each month). Tier 2 gets access to monthly modeling and gentleman sims on 29/30th of the month. Monthly modeling and gentleman sims goes public on 10th of the following month (ie: X modeling/gentleman sims created for June and goes public on 10th of July).
--After changes (Starting from September):
Tier 3 gets access to monthly modeling and gentleman sims on 5th of each month. Tier 2 gets access to monthly modeling and gentleman sims on 25th of each month. After the end of the term/month, model/gentleman sims does not go public. But can be obtained later on via purchase directly from the post.
Everything else stays same. 2nd and 3rd tier still have access to monthly modeling and gentleman sims. Nothing changes on this part.
