[ July Updates ]

Hi everyone! I hope you guys are doing great so far!

I'm here to update you about what's in the store for July. But first, here is a quick visual summary of June.

In June, i've shared total of 21 sims. You can see the visual summary of June below:

Alright, now let's see some of the upcoming sims and themetics.

- Mimi & Dudley Landgraab (From Bustin' Out to TS4 Townie Makeover) -

Another requested fan favorite townies from older games, Mimi & Dudley Landgraab will be making their way to TS4! I believe they could very well expand the Landgraab lore such as deep fights and plots between Landgraab siblings over the Landgraab legacy.

- Ursula Lemuel (From TS3 to TS4 Townie Makeover) -

And another sim is also making her way out to Sims 4, from TS3. In June, i shared Alonso Candelaria and Rosalind Cruzita's makeovers (TS3 to TS4). And their story builds up around how f boy Alonso is cheating on Rosalind with Ursula Lemuel. Well, i told you guys that i'll be also bringing Ursula Lemuel in July. So, she's ready to join to Rosalind and Alonso's story.

You can expect to see her towards end of July. Here's her previews:

- Burcu Demir -

Right after Landgraab siblings, another beauty makes her way to your games! Meet Burcu! Right after Landgraab siblings, she'll be in your game ♥

👠 Meet the new face of 7'S Modeling Agency: GRACE HUMMER 👠

Grace Hummer will be our newest Model! She will be coming on 10th of July, for 3 weeks early access before 2nd tier release for 3rd tier supporters. And will be shared with 2nd tier supporters on the 30th of July. ♥

💠 MEET THE NEXT GENTLEMAN - GABE DOVELAN 💠

Gabe Dovelan will be our newest Gentleman! He will be coming on 10th of July, for 3 weeks early access before 2nd tier release for 3rd tier supporters. And will be shared with 2nd tier supporters on the 29th of July. 10th of August is public release date.

- Townie Makeovers in July -

For July, i don't plan to make townie remasters, as i didn't make in June as well. This month, i'll be working on 2 new townie makeovers and they are long awaited, another fan favorite household.

In July, i'll start to work on Villareal Household. Starting things off with the first two siblings, Luna & Hugo, and then after July, planning to complete household with Jacques and Max Villareal in August.

Here's a very early preview of Luna & Hugo Villareal's townie makeovers:

They are both coming sometime in July. Once again, i'll be completing this household in August. (Two members' makeover in July and two members' makeover in August)

Shop info

In July, there will not be any new sim for shop. However, in January, i created bunch of sims from Baldur's Gate 3 as monthly gifts. It's been 6 months since they were available. As i do with big projects every once in a while, Baldur's Gate 3 sims will make a return for seperate obtain, for those who missed them and wants to get a second opportunity.

Along with a few of the older shop sims' return, Baldur's Gate 3 sims will be on the shop sometime in July. I'll notice you guys when they make a return.

- Gifts of July 🎁 -

In July, there'll be total of 7 gifts!

>> Gift 2 - 6: "Project: Forbidden Fruit"

i'll be working on a new and incredibly hot n sexy project as mentioned in early June. This project will be revealed in full detail later on with all of their background stories.

But let me ask you this: Are you that desperate, to make your way into the monster's lair? How can you live with yourself? Perhaps, you went there, knowing that the monster inside will be the end of you, so that you'll taste the hellish agony one last time?

Again, this project is still work in progress and will be revealed fully with their background stories, once they are ready.

Please note that " Project: Forbidden Fruit " is an upcoming sexy and lustful project, which will be shared at the end of July, as supporter gifts. More details, their background stories will be shared soon, in a seperate post.

But of course, as a part of this project, there'll be a public sim, which will be shared with everyone, as an appreciation gift.
