[WIP/Porting] - A test video about Sage 'Upgrade' Port

idk if yall like the result of this 'shading' the only problem i have from this 'animated' texture is for the newbies who probably will not know how to use the 'vmt' files and need to disable the 'scroll' texture, probably imma try to do more extra textures slots for a 'static' texture.
