その昔無邪気な子だった主人公くんは悪ガキな友達がやってたカンチョーを校長先生のﾃﾞｶｹﾂを見て「なんだかドキドキする…僕もやってみたい！」という衝動を抑えきれなくなり、以降も主人公くんにカンチョーされるのを分かっていて突き出して待ち受ける校長先生の無防備ケツに無論前に後ろに指なりそれ以外なり好き勝手にズボズボグチュグチュカンチョーしまくる日々を送っていたのであった。
そんな校長先生とまさか熟女学園で再会するとは…。
今は同級生枠…とういう事は、幼馴染…ってコト？(＾ρ＾)φ

〇カンチョーとは（kancho-）
The kanji for "浣腸(enema)" is "kancho," but the "カンチョー(kancho)" mentioned here is an extremely vulgar joke that was popular among mischievous boys in the past. It is an extremely stupid act of stabbing a friend's anus with an extended finger while shouting "Kancho!", and it probably originated in gag manga or comedy shows.
It quickly became popular among boys, and due to fears of anal injury and the appearance of mischievous boys even doing it to girls and teachers, it became such a problem that in some areas schools officially issued a "ban."
