New Mod

Hope you all are having a fun time and enjoying yourselves!
Recently, i have been testing the waters with a new mod idea. I see bars, lounges, gyms, spas, etc, but no way to buy them and manage them like you would do with a retail or restaurant. So i have been working on the code of TanksMods script file to make this possible, and last night, i managed to make bars ownable businesses. It needs a bit more work before i finish and publish a test release for patreon members, so stay tuned.
