Hello everyone, I have a big announcement to make today but before we get to It, let me give you a small backround behind this decision. When I started drawing, it was with original Avatar series in mind. I enjoy drawing those characters. However, I can't say the same about the LoK characters. I haven't really liked the show, neither I enjoy drawing them. It's like being stuck in a work you dislike, yet keep doing it because others depend on it and like it.
Added 2019-04-26 15:08:13 +0000 UTC If I was drawing 10 images a month, I could take it and and continue. But for past year I've been drawing one image a day. Thirty drawings a month + random amount of edits. In order to make as much content as I do now, these changes had to be made.
That's why I've come to decision: Next month I'm going to reduce the amount of LoK images drawn on monthly basis.
To CLARIFY, I'm not going to completely stop drawing them. LoK characters will be drawn through character polls. Their appearance in monthly drawings will be up to YOU to decide. It all depends on polls and time I have available to draw them. As for younger characters from LoK - they may also appear if they're voted on by you. However when it comes to drawings I make on my own, I'll be either drawing characters from ALTA or other ones from variety of cartoons/anime.
I understand this is a big change to make, I understand if you want to part ways but I believe this decision is healthy for me and future of drawings I make. And who knows, maybe it even helps to branch out and find characters outside of Avatar which are enjoyable for both you and me. From time to time, of course.
