Its Movie Time Re-Work

Due to the recent expansion and the features added and those planned to be added to the mod, I'm working on organizing it a bit, both the code and XML tuning. For instance, for each movie category (there are 15 of them so far), there are quite a few tuning files added in the game. As they are pretty much the same in the code, I'm working on making one master interaction tuning for all the movie categories, instead of having 15 of them. I will try to create master tuning files wherever the game allows (for ex., i can create one master Loot tuning to apply different buffs instead of 15, but the game doesn't allow to have a master buff, they need to be separate tuning files). This re-work will help with any performance issues and also make things easier for me to develop new features and find a problem with the mod if there is any. Because of this, I had to postpone the Sims Film Festival development a bit.

Please make sure scripts are allowed in Sims Settings menu. Also, if possible, use discord for support, i will probably need to see a screenshot of the mods forlder where Its Movie Time is installed. Thanks
